Fremont Bank

I would spend a little 👌 on a graphics designer and maybe a developer to make it look more up to date 🧓 and attractive 👵. It is a very basic app that meets the requirement of functional if that is your minimum.

Very easy to use until the picture taking. The actual picture enlarges so that part of the check gets cut off. The corner markers you supply should be much smaller inside the the phone windows. Now lets see if the end results are as you promised.

Works Fine for Me I was worried when I read the critical reviews, but the old version would not continue; it was either download or go without. I did not have the problems with the new version that others reported, so I'm contented.

Simple, easy to read and use interface for day to day tasks. Missing functions for less common tasks, like ordering additional checks.

DOA - It broke with the update on October 28, still not working October 29, phones jammed, time for a new bank. It crashes EVERY TIME ON START, please fix the problem very soon before I have to switch banks. DAY 3, Oct 30, STILL DOA, no change despite Dev claim of update today, Play Store shows no change since October 5.

good until the new Pie update. the app wont work on my new S10+. Up until now its been a 5 star app. please fix this. Whatever they did to fix, its back up and running. 5 stars and easy to use.

I wished it worked for home loans. I wish it would have said that in the description so I didnt have to download and waste my time calling the customer service line to tell me that it doesnt work for home loans. Better yet, a dialog that tells the user sorry it doesnt work for home loans so I didnt have to call the customer service number. That would have saved me time & the bank money for having 2 of their customer service reps answer the phone and tell me the app does not work for home loans.

eh not that great, mobile deposit doesn't work and you cant see any previous payment amount when paying. so far not that impressed with the app

Works pretty well, I can always check my balance fast and easy.
