French word of the day
This app provides a new word daily, displaying a notification to intend to create a habit in the students to learn a new word daily.
The app displays, for each day of the year, a word and an example sentence of the word, with a human-voiced sound of how to pronunce both the sentence and the word, helping to improve the student's pronunciation.
Those daily notifications can be set at a specifica time of the day to be shown or they can be turn off totally.
Added new swipe functionality to access other days in a faster way!

I love it, the only thing that I would find very useful is the ability to add the daily word to the home screen through a widget.
Works fine sometimes but most the time I'll click the "speak" icon and it'll cut off halfway through saying the word and not let me click it again.
The app does exactly what it says it does - present a Pronounced French Word of the Day and does this well. Artfully, the word is 'dressed' in an articulated constructed sentence.
It is great app as the words are COMMON but useful contrary to other app that has words so advanced that the natives would not have often a clue what they meant. Please make sure that you fix the problem with speakers as they often get blocked.
Liked it but now no sound.
Very simple just how I wanted
I like that you can go back to previous days but I would really also like to be able to save specific words. I do love that they give example sentences with the words!
