FRep - Finger Replayer

To setup FRep initially or when Android rebooted, you need USB connection to Win/Mac/Linux/Android. Please retrieve and run the setup tool from following URL.

Show/Hide consoleAfter starting service, FRep will stay in the notification. By tapping it, the console shows/hides. Once you record by the recording circle button, FRep automatically show console on the app on recorded. Then, the record can be replayed by the playing triangle button.
Recording modeChoose which you like at the FRep front app; Simple: record until Power push. Till Gap: record until designated seconds of no input. Progress: record continuously and construct editable sequence separated by input gap.
Repeat/Edit playingBy setting the Repeat number >1 in Manage Traces, FRep play the record continuously by the count. You can also create/edit the playing sequence consisting of multiple records/controls. In addition, each stroke in traces can be moved/set wait/clipped.
Power buttonFRep do not record Power push, which will finish any recording/playing immediately.
Restrict by current AppIn record/replay, occasional call or App change may cause a problem. To avoid that, FRep is restricted on Phone, Google Play and FRep itself. You can configure restriction for other Apps.
Interruption of playingTo abort replaying, you can interrupt easily by the overlapping the operation.
Virtual keyboardDouble-tapping the upper button on the console, you can open another page which has key operation editor.
CustomizationNotification type/icon, console size/transparency, drag/flick sensitivity, default settings, etc.
= Notice&Tips =
- Do not record including personal information and/or password.
- The replay result may differ depending on the CPU load and/or network traffic. To make good reproducibility, take longer delay for processing wait, stop touch at end point for dragging/flick, and more, try to Edit Sequence with image matching (see Tutorial category in support site).
- By default option, the records will be saved in sdcard. Though it can be copied for backup, it has no compatibility with other device.

This app works as advertised on my android phone. Requires USB connection to PC for set-up. Currently using it for Another Eden. Deducting one star because everytime after a day or two, it gives me a "no reply from strserv" error out of nowhere and I have to connect to my PC again to redo the set-up. Not sure if it is just my phone (it did not restart). No channel for me to seek advice either. Diminished my experience of an otherwise perfect app.
Great... when it works. Used this for a while. I didn't mind having to connect it to a computer via a USB, and I didn't mind having to repeat doing this every time I reset my phone. However it began to randomly stop working with a "failed to connect to strserv" error and despite lots of fiddling I couldn't get it to work again. Ended up using another app for the same purpose. Shame.
I've been using this for a long time now and it is indispensable. I see many people complaining about the setup tool. On all android devices, you only have "user" privileges by default. This app needs to run at a "super user" level to do what it does. That privilege is temporarily granted by the setup tool. You can root (unlock) your device giving yourself full admin level rights negating the requirement for the setup tool but that comes with its own problems. Just a great program with timely updates. It literally saves me hours a day.
Love it, this saves loads of time by automating tedious tasks in games. Easy to record a trace and then make a sequence of them. For games and other apps that require long sequences of the same repetitive actions, it's perfect. Totally advice it. Free version has 3 traces max, which includes the deleted ones. The key is worth it.
The setup was simple but what annoys me is how when putting it on the loop the input gets missed completely. Like I tap on top of the screen and then when the next loop begins, it taps at the BOTTOM instead of the same area I tapped at the start. Really annoying and I tried different ways to fix it but nothing...
I like this App alot. I use it for my grinding in games while I sleep and even bought the unlock key because of how useful the app was to me. Unfortunatly the app has recently been experiencing freezes that wont go away until I make a fresh new install. I dont like reinstalling the App especially since it needs my Laptop and that takes a full 10 mins daily (the freezes still presist just that it is delayed) Please fix the issue. There are very few similar apps like this that don't require root.
Me neither can understand these bad reviews. This app is simple to use. It took me 2 minutes to record a usable automated task. This app combined with LlamaLab's automate allows you to do magic; for example to open an app at a specific time while enabling mobile data and do some tasks when you sleep. ( I loot chests in sonic racer during night time ;P ) ty dev(s?)!
By far the most comprehensive macro application available for Android. Allows for screen-shot detection and advanced looping constructs. The only reason why I can imagine this isn't 5 stars is because of technical difficulties people are having with set-up.
I rooted my phone just to eliminate the hassle of having to restart server every boot. Totally worth it! Please add another method to resize rectangle in image wait in subsequent updates. It's tedious to click the + and - when resizing a rectangle in Nox. It would be marvellous if the current trace can end itself and activate another trace (not merely another procedure). Please add a Tasker function to query what is the currently active trace. Expansion of Tasker integration would be interesting and I look forward to that. Keep up the good work!
Brilliant app! loved it that much I paid for it as i use it all the time. So many features built in, not even got round to using them all yet Only two small things thats stopping 5 stars 1, after editing a trace on a specific touch record the clip reset back to the full trace, meaning I have to skip through (in my case hundreds) to get back to where I was 2, cant convert a procedure back to a single trace (reverse split). Reason being, proc's have a delay by few ms and throws off the intervals
Love this app, my favorite out of the rest, has always been efficient. Suggestion: Allow it to be able to work inside a virtual environment on Android such as Parallel Space. I have been able to get other root required apps to be capable, so I'm sure it may be with this as well. (:
works great! if you aren't a complete idiot you can figure out the simple instructions for getting the app set up and running. i did learn however restarting your phone makes it so you have to rerun the server step again using a PC.
this is really excellent work, however image match doesn't work almost all the time even with longer wait time, and it doesn't record adb commands or monkeyrunner commands, another thing that i got lenovo phone rooted and it won't let me calibrate, keep saying try again and i tried like million times, also there is a bug when you untik "take screenshot" in image and later tik it back it won't let you type seconds number until you close it and open again, thats what in mind right now.
This tool is easy to use and even slow people like me can learn it quickly, and this kind of app is rarely work on old device with low android version, but this app really do it's work perfectly! Devs really put their sweat and blood in this project, I don't know why the overall rating is not represent the power of actual app. But this app really need this stars, and more. Thanks for developing this powerful tool!
Works really well. It has saved me a lot of trouble like doing repetitive farming for mobile games with consistency and accuracy. My only issue was that it took some time to learn how to use the app.
Hi bro I like that app much. Have some question solve it please. 1.In that app we can abel make script that touch images (png) in small area while running script.? 2.we can abel make script that responce screen like in marked area see some text appears then it responce with other script.? That we make. If functions are available then tell me by gmail how to use it. if it not please add it makes great app than others.
Update: 6-27-2021 I have new phone(realme7), it will work only if the cable still plug to the pc/laptop but if it is unplugged, ill be getting again this kind of error. "No reply from strserv" Hope the devs can notice this one. (5-9-2020) - 100% helps me from repetitive touch #EZ
Great macro app! The only thing that would make it better is if it could use the accessibility service so that I didn't have to connect my phone to my computer every time I restart my phone.
Great, but could be better. Every time you restart your phone or occasionally when the frep service errors out, you have to connect to another device and rerun the setup tool. This has caused endless frustration for me because I never seem to be near my computer when it happens. That said, the functionality is great after some learning curve. It works quite well and doesn't cost much.
