This company will let you do surveys for months and then will not issue tte gift cards due to you. I recieved 1 response to my 3 emails and now cannot reach anyone. Total waste of time. Update: Contacted customer service again. Redeemed points put back on account. I have put in another request and should get gift card within 2 weeks. Will update.
my account was just hacked and i just lost 35000 points that took forever to build up and only seconds to lose I was saving those points for an upcoming trip now im out 35.00 guess its time to uninstall another app. Problem resolved points restored.
Stopped giving points right before I got to 25000. Been stuck at 24827 for about a year. After reading the other reviews, I'm removing this from my phone.
This app is terrible dammit never has any new surveys at all dammit and I never get any survey notifications either despite having new surveys dammit god
What is the Rewards Program Number? To claim my prizes, I have to have a Rewards Program Number but there isn't one. I've got over 14,000 points but unable to redeem. Help!
This used to have Visa gift cards now it just has airlines. Not useful for people that never travel. What happened?

Not getting survey notifications despite having surveys
Absolutely worthless. Took forever to get points. Finally got enough and never received the rewards. Completely useless waste of time. Many months later and still nothing.
For travelers. I don't fly or travel. Useless, at least for me. Sweepstakes are a joke, and you get points based of the places you go to

I can't log into my account. I sent an email reset password to myself and nothing has ever come in. All email folders have been checked. Please advise...
I enjoy this app, but the point system doesn't make sense. For 1000 points you get 25 miles but out takes 5000 to get 100 miles. Very misleading.
Takes over a year to earn enough points for a rewards.
Takes WAY TOO LONG to earn points. Have had it for months now and I'm no where near earning a reward worth redeeming for. Uninstalling.
You can earn real miles for a few airlines but it can be slow. I've had this on my phone maybe 2 months and have earned 100 miles on Alaska Airlines. On the up side it hardly takes any effort.
Slow accumulation of points to redeem airline gift cards, first time I earned points quicker; about 3-4 weeks to gain enough points for a gift card. After redeeming for SWA, I now get points at a snails pace, it's been over 4 months. Would be nice to gain points quicker, consistently
Mine seems to have stopped working. It's been saying no activity for weeks now.
Earning a reward. That I can use takes too long. App stopped noting my activity a month ago and no one is able to fix the problem
I love the app. While I agree that it does take a long time to earn points it is still easy money.
