(3/23/22) Update working now after months of not working... the developer provided the following support: An updated App is being developed that will correct the issue is being rolled out to agencies. In the meantime, please use steps in the following kb to workaround\fix the issue for users reporting it. To solve the issue: for Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in.
app has been down for a few months but when it was active... it was a rather poorly designed & slow app. However the results from the city were commendable. Report graffiti or a burned out street light and within a few days the situation was resolved.
Well this app worked good at first. Now when I try to submit a problem. The app stopped working. We tend to get a lot of graffiti. Also a lot of people dumping there used broken down furniture. Here in the McKinley & First area. Please fix the issue. So I can download the app again please!
This app didn't do anything helpful and is a total waste of effort. I tried to upload videos to building inspector but was unsussesful (I was informed by the a city employee this was possible, should have figured) and this app really did nothing more than be a simple directory and give me email and web sites for the board of stupid visors and some of the city's departments.
App keeps crashing when I try to check a status. I go to the Alerts tab and when I click on one of my reports, it crashes. Please fix!
Used the app before this year and it worked great. Now it won't even load. And there's still many issues the city needs to address in my neighborhood.
I've been trying to use this app for the last 3 days and it won't load properly. Even after checking for updates and uninstalling it to redownload it.
It would be great if this actually led to results. I've been reporting the same violation for 3 years and the city just dismissed stuff without following through.
Not working. This was a GREAT app, when it was working. Fix the app please, so much easier than calling the city.
App stopped working at least the last week. When you call in the operators don't want to help. So nothing gets resolved.
It will not even load. I installed and uninstalled and reinstalled it and keeps going to " something went wrong, tru again or cancel"
Not really a problem with the app - just can't get any city official to respond at all. Been 4 months now...

I have several times tried to use this app and each time it says error and can't login or submit anything. I have deleted and redownload for the same result.

I have uninstalled reinstalled the app still does not work. Stopped working about a month ago.
I've reported multiple issues to the city using this app. It's super helpful and works well.

This app is useless. You have to be logged in as a member in order to make any kind of report, but it doesn't allow you to even sign up.
Not working for months. Uninstalled and installed still not working. Went online to submit requests instead. I have always used this app to submit requests and it worked just fine. Never had any problems. Any update on when this is going to be fixed?
