Love the food, can't open the app. App crashes 2 seconds after launched. Unusable.
It continually says my LevelUp password is incorrect even though this has never been a problem for numerous other LevelUp based apps. Frustrating cause I can't earn points on their food.
Im new to this place and starting eating here to watch my calories. this would be the perfect app if it just showed nutritional and caloric values!

WARNING WARNING WARNING! This is the worst app I've ever seen. Do not give them your information. There is no easy way to correct their errors and though the employees at the store are nice the app and its developers are unreachable.

This app used to be great, but it just crashes every time I try to open it. I even tried a reinstall, but that didnt work either.
Tried ordering a salad for 11am. Got to the store and there's no salad with my name. Got bounced around three different employees until someone told me it didn't submit, even though it shows it went through. There was no indication to tell me otherwise.
I get stuck on the app, I can never decide when I'm in the store !
I had some struggles starting, but Cust. Ser. helped me through this first. Now it doesn't work anymore.

I tried to use this app 4 times and every time it either didn't process the payment or only charged a small portion of the payment.
This app is awful, things to be aware of. At first they charge you right away, totally fine. Then they let you know they will group transactions at the end and charge on the 2nd of every month. Again this is fine, however they will do this up to $150 and then charge you on any date this happens. Not cool especially since this fact is not widely known and you have to scavenge through website for this info. Would have been better if they just stopped the app charging after 150. In closing awful.
I recently found out from Fresh & Co and the developers that this won't be a pay-as-you-go app like it was when I started using it. It turns they will start billing you monthly for all of your transactions they claim to reduce your transaction fees (read the fine print, it's a free download but there are still fees) that defeat the purpose of a rewards program. Uninstalling because I downloaded for the rewards program, not convenience. Plus I don't want to be debited monthly or charged these fees.
Crashes as soon as I open it. I've tried several times to uninstall, reinstall, clean up extra space (I have 5gs free which is plenty to run it). It uses to work, but in the past few months nope!
