Absolutely love this app. keeps me updated & know my balance. When l made my purchases. Also so much more things on this app that can help you, like need a phone you can get one free with minutes & data. Found stand up phone the best for me. Also free internet. Up to $30 they'll pay monthly. Money towards a tablet. Amazon & prime tv for $5.99 a month. Great deal Order Amazon& free shipping. Also got help with a program on electric & gas. They pay 1/3 of my bill for 2 years. That was wonderful.
I absolutely love this app! It's so convenient & you can quickly see your balance instead of having to call! The debit card addition was also a great addition as well without all of the fee's that other banks/cards I incur. It is so informational & helpful to help with just about everything anyone whose going through hard times & trying to better themselves! It definitely deserves 5+ 🌟
I love everything about this app. so easy to use! Not only can you easily check your card balance without having to call or remember to save your receipts, but also shows you available jobs in your area, with links to apply! And one of my favorite parts, are the apps and options for saving and earning cash back!!
Please bring back the Fresh EBT app! This Providers app doesn't work. It takes FOREVER to load and it hasn't updated my deposits since February. It says it's having trouble connecting to my states system (I'm in Virginia). It doesn't keep an accurate list of my spending and it's filled with useless stuff. Please please please bring back the Fresh EBT!
This is a great app to be able to check your balance immediately and not have to always call to check the balance on the phone. Saves alot of time. It also tells you more information like job postings, how to save money, and coupons available. Ty for creating this it helps alot.
What I notice that is quite important...the info you show pertaining to when I get my monthly load is absolutely INCORRECT. I do not receive my monthly load on the 3rd of each month and have not for many months. So that is wrong. I would appreciate viewing more of my purchases (date and amount).
even tho this is not a state authorized application, they run off public records. I love it and I've actually helped other people get the app, it's very useful and every week they have different offers to choose from and they make sign up very easy. and they tell you if you have ebt you can get amazon prime for 5.99 a month. I enjoy using this app!!!
I love providers cause you don't have to keep calling snap to check your balance, you can use the app to check your balance every time you spend. It's good to keep your receipts, but, anytime you check your balance, you'll be able to refresh every time. It's a cool app.
I absolutely love this app!! No more calling the phone number on the back of the card and having to enter a bunch of info. One click on my smartphone and there's my balance! Very easy to sign up and very easy to use!
Providers provides😆me with up-to-date date information on my benefits. I use it throughout the month to see what's coming up in the future, job search and very useful discounts and I've actually prepared some of the recipes. I really love it.
The transaction history is inconsistent. The order of deposits isn't listed for viewing in a month to month order. Not all transactions/deposits for the previous month(s) show up at all.
It is very helpful to be able to view the balance on your EBT card BEFORE you begin your shopping experience.... Also...when you finally reach the check-out...those who are ringing you up almost look relieved that you have a " balance number" for them...which shortens their time helping you pay for your groceries.
Horrible,. App malfunctions at every level. Not working w new statebenifit id , diesnt scroll down even though their menue clearly requires it, cant set up account properly because it malfunctions from start. Cant connect an account because this app malfunctions at every turn.
App was good. Recently seems to reset my account. Recognizes me by first name and saves my email address but nothing else... The inconvenience of needing my card to enter my account number each time I want to check balances! I've submitted my feedback on the help section...never to receive help with the issue. I'm Frustrated with this app and will likely uninstall it
This app is legit one of the best apps I've ever had! It can store your EBT balance front and center where you will always see the balance at the top of the screen. Can't miss it! And that is not even close to what this app is capable of! It has a section for finding any jobs in your area. And it also has a section to file your taxes. And has its own debit card you can get and control through this app as well. I'm pretty sure there are a few other things that I cannot remember at the moment!
Love the new improved app. I especially loved learning about the recipes. Can't wait to try some of them. Especially that healthy pudding. I've been missing pudding since I can no longer have milk. And I was never a fan of avacado, but I do know it's important for my diet. I look forward to trying it. Thank you for making it a better app again. Althought for some reason while scrolling through there's a little hiccup where it stops u from scrolling all the way down. I really want copies recipes
A nice simple app that allows you to always check your balance with the touch of a button/screen. Also very informative and got me a 50%off Amazon Prime membership.
Fresh EBT was great. Since switching to Providers, I can't access my information. Keeps telling me every security question is wrong, like I don't know where I was born or my parents' names. This is crazy. I have attempted to sign in on two new phones over the course of months, but unable to do anything about it.
EBT balance after use is incredibly slow. resources and jobs listing etc; is better than the whole entire app. If there was a way to see a list of purchases and things related to a summary of purchases would seem to be something related to the app. Although the app has a amazing list of other resources and important information. A separate app for that WOULD BE MORE IDEAL TO ME I SHOULD SAY. Yes you can get your balance after a brutal wait 🤨 - a spinning loading symbol-🤬
Don't get locked out of your account if you have a new email from the one you created this account for because you can't add your providers card and there isn't another log in option. Other than this it's a very informative app.
I love this app, I can check my food stamps at the palm of my hand and don't have to call. I wish all things were this simple and easy to navigate. If you qualify for food stamps check this app out, so much information, jobs, etc. very very useful
it's nice to be able to check the balance of both food and cash with the ease of a click instead of the long phone call. thanks for the app its very useful. if only you could transfer cash to another debit card. or if it had an expiration date to use online shopping. overall its great. thank u.
It's great for checking your balance but that's it. I wish it would give updates on snap and eligibility/eligibility requirements or you snap benefits updates. It does off jobs and latest news on snap though. Doesn't tell you if you were approved, when/if your getting snap or how much, until it is deposited. Basically not much use for the app other than balance check.
