Very reliable service. Good quality products and great app for complete transparency and control. Would have liked if the daily cut off time is extended to atleast 7pm or later, since we might have some sudden plans for next day and might require extra milk.
Service is very very good quality and price is very good when compare to other company. I wish this will extend further to other cities also. Request you to add search option bcz it is difficult to search for the product. It take little bit time for searching. Thank you if you can add.
I am using this application for past 2 to 3months. But suddenly I couldn't access the application and getting a notification like "failed to connect to server". My network connection is good with other applications. Updated and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked. Help me out from this issue.
This was better than many of other apps because of the early delivery before 5.30 in the morning which is highly appreciated, comfortable pricing, easily contactable for any kind of questions.i changed from one location to another,new delivery person was changed and was no problem too, which made me realise the effort they put on organising .very good experience.
BEST AT THEIR JOB I found this app on my own during quarantine. I am so thankful that this app exists. And this company too. Such a great company. From ordering to delivery.. Everything perfect. The prices for products especially milk..best! Even if we places queries, they are very quick to respond and solve. Their etiquette with customers is remarkable. Keep it up and we want you to become a better company but still stay the same. I hope you understand what I mean. Thank you for your service
No credit card payment option, even after suggesting for many many months! Also can't edit subscription until the day before the month. Even if I make payment well ahead, I can't edit until the last day of the month.

App is good but if there was search option it would be better to find the required product in the big list of products. Having credit card option would make payment easier. Extra charges would not matter.
Great product and timely delivery, been using the product for little over than three months. Had an issue with my Dad's account, the customer care department really took care of the issue in an awesome way!!! I appreciate their efforts in keeping the customer happy. Looking forward to being a customer for a long time!!!

Extremely satisfied with the quality and service. Customer service is great. They are so punctual in delivering the order and once when I was delivered lesser than the number of milk packets I had ordered, I just had to contact the customer care and it was sorted out within an hour!
Product is good. But why there is a huge rise in diary cost without any prior intimation. We would like to proceed with other brands.
Using their service for more than a year and felt the quality of cow milk and their service is good so far. Pls extend the cut off time for subscription cancellation.
Excellent service with timely delivery. Milk, ghee , honey tastes really good. They also add other essetial provisions in their product list .The app is user friendly. Please keep up the good work.

I found this somewhere in Facebook. Went for a trial and now started subscribing regularly. My 1 year old baby is milk sensitive so I was a bit hesitated to try but it suits her too. Am happy.. Keep going and pls maintain the same quality and standards.
I am using freshmilk app for past 3 months. Excellent service, on time delivery and very good customer care support team. Products are cheap compared to market rate. Full cream milk and Fresh Cow Milk are awesome. We are subscribed it.
Really, very user friendly app however why I have given 4 rating is because today (30/7/2019), updated the app via Google Play... even after updating, it is prompting for update again when opened... so plz look into the issue asap and rectify it..
Not able to login. It shows failure to connect with server. Because of the issue I couldn't subscribe for current month milk delivery. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
I have been using this service for more than 1.5 years... It came very useful during the pandemic... They have variety of daily products also which is very useful during these dynamic days... Great customer service...
User friendly, on-time delivery, good customer support. Add some more options for payment, upi payment make trouble sometimes.
In this modern day, credit card option is NOT available. Not supporting credit card is old fashioned way. Please provide us "credit card payment option". You may charge extra 1% for credit card
App is very useful and user friendly..... Easier to make monthly subscription, edit it any time and also helps in making payments thru Google Pay (TEZ)... 😃😃😃
Customer care services are excellent, milk price is convenient to all and also delivery is free and door step also. And the products are all good quality .....i like this app very much......
before installing the app, contacted freshmilk and they said delivery is available. and raised a request for sample but not delivered. when raised a complaint now you are saying delivery is not available. you guys are simply rocking...
I personally prefer paneer a lot, usually I take aroma and milkymist brand and its best. Fresh milk brand is not that soft like other brands it's very hard to chew. There are not even fresh. The date labelling are usually torn off at the time of delivery. They remove the date of production/manufacturing. And sell old products. Very much disappointed with fresh milk. Just because you provide panner at 50 doesn't mean we will compromise on quality.
Wonderful App. They serve very good milk, daily around 5.30AM. Using their services for almost 2yrs. Excellent & Prompt Customer Service. Easy Menu for daily Groceries too.
