Fresh Rewards

Everything is overpriced and everything that gets advertised as buy 4 get 1 free is never stocked. The kiosk is constantly down which screws over 3rd shift since it doesn't get fixed until the next morning. We have also had multiple instances where there was food left in the fridge for a couple days past it's expiration date. The app doesn't work half the time and when it does it loads incredibly slow. Honestly a waste of time and money.

Tried to do self checkout but it didn't work. I have quite a bit of money on the mobile app and I can't even use it. I can't even transfer the funds to a card! if you're planning on connecting your money to the app or the card don't do it! You might not be able to use that money again, like myself. I've tried contacting the email, but it says I cannot get a response from the email that is listed inside the app. very poor communication (lists and email that doesn't even work) bad customer service

Up till now this app has worked. I started out on my plastic card. But now I use the app on my phone. But now I can't load money to the app or card. I don't understand, I used it yesterday. The app also informs me that I have never made a purchase. I've worked at Avanchez/Android for almost 2 years! This is weird, but also the machine kiosk wants me to go online for loyalty rewards. Which is why I can't load money to the card. 😔

Seeing as the app is mostly used in a work environment, it would be useful to be able to checkout/purchase our items by scan the barcode and then paying for it right from our phones. The machine (1) at our location is extremely slow and there are many employees who use it. Because of this people either pay later (hoping they remember) or your company just misses out on the sales.

Paynow option is t working still.... Placed 10 on my account from my bank, bank shows its taken, your app still hasn't reflected that. Contacted customer service... Opened a ticket... Still nothing. That was almost a week ago. Return my funds to my bank account!! This is ridiculous

Rewards accrue but you can't use them. Customer service says it will happen automatically, but that doesn't happen.

This is located at my job site. Prices are high and Really no point to go through the steps to add money, just use debit. You cant have the exact amount the product is on the card you have to have more or it will be denied. The rewards only include junk food where is the sandwiches ect.

POS App! It has to be Uninstaller and reinstalled before every use or it will not allow you to charge to your account.

Can't see the full a la cart breakfast menu on Android. They are just missing. Works fine on iOS

Loved the App but unfortunately it is no longer available to use at my work place. I am trying to find out how I can get a refund on the money I still have in the account. My balance is $13.83

App sucks. I try to view my barcode to pay, it just keeps loading. I can't even view my balance or add funds.

looks cool. unfortunetly its been about a month and still can't get passed the "select a campus" screen.

Added $$ to my account and it doesn't show up. So I was unable to purchase lunch 🙁

The reward coupons don't work, you get them but they won't let you use them.

pay now feature is down know my card number tried to use the app to get some lunch and the pay now is unavailable

It was as if I paid $11 for a bacon double cheese burger from McDonald's. Only it didn't taste as good

When I put the access code in it says it's wrong so I can't sign up for the app

I can't even get the app to download and have tried for multiple days.

Fixed the bug that made me give a low review. It's so much better now.

This app just takes your money

App will double charge you and that's when it actually works. Beware though, this app will steal your money. On top of that there is no contact information to help resolve issues.
