the update somehow made this app way worse. it's clunky. it freezes up completely. it doesn't keep me logged in. while looking at the weekly ad via page view it's VERY laggy, locksup,freezes, add to list feature does not work. it puts circles on the items on pages, true enough, but the LIST in upper right corner remains empty. No good at all!
I love the store and website, not the app. With the same email, you can create 2 accounts, 1 for the website, 1 for the app. You can do more with the website version: add stuff to buy list, price alert. Here is the downside: no matter what you do with your account on the website, it won't show on the app. You'd rather use your phone web browser to access Fresh Thyme website.
Absolutely horrible new app update. Extremely buggy. Viewing ad to shopping list doesn't work. Rewards not only doesn't work, but all my previous rewards are now gone. I'm logged in the app and have my store set, but when I open the weekly ad, it keeps making me select the store???? Either fire you're IT and get a competent developer and QA team, or enjoy losing customers. This customer won't be going to your store of I can't use your app! And now it just crashes...horrible!
Very glitchy and unreliable. The app kicked me out repeatedly, and didn't save my shopping list. My progress towards rewards all disappeared when i updated my app. The older version of the app was much better.
The app regularly logs out and my wife and I spend an extra ten mins trying to remember a password for a grocery app. It does not need this level of security and makes the shopping experience frustrating.
you finally update the app, andi have the same problem, I can pick my store but it won't save it.... get a message to contact support..so the App is useless.. this ssme problem on 2 Android phones. mine is current (PH-1) my wife's is an older Nexus. I've emailed your support and have never received a solution.. can you please fix it?.
The new app is not working. I've installed it and it keeps prompting me to install it when I open it (even after several uninstalls, reinstalled and reboots). Help!
Works occasionally. Dollar off coupons rarely load anymore and the app itself only opens every third try. The frustration has caused me to shop at other stores.
I've been trying to log into the app. It won't take my password. I try to reset it, but the link in the email received does not work. I reported it but never heard from anyone.
need to optimize for tablets. It is hard to navigate. can't get it to save my home store. I preferred the prior version.
new app is horrible if iclose it, tells me i have to download it again. they need to fix it. the old one at least worked.
Love this store so much, and I love the app. I moved to another state, and miss this store a lot!
The app used to work fairly well. Now it doesnt work at all. I've reported it numerous times and received no reply. Guess I'll shop elsewhere.
shopping online is what I want to do and can't. want to look at different products and prices so I can decide what I want to make my shopping list
Haven't been able to log into the app. I can sign in directly to website without it.
Was great but now their prices jumped way up. Employees are rude in the stores especially Bloomington, In. Nasty college kids
I miss the old app, it was much easier to use. I'm done messing with this new one.

download new app. sign into my account and All of my reward purchases are GONE. NOT HAPPY
Does not show you weekly ad. All I see is beer and wine deals.

It won't run..constantly crashes EVERY time I start it! ..The old app worked great...this thing crashes every time I try to open the weekly ad! It seems to insist that I'm a Downers Grove shopper, regardless of how many times I update store choice. Give us the old one back, or I'll have to shop elsewhere, or use Flipp app instead!
