Using for quite a long time. Really appreciate the quality and packing of their products. Speaking truly they are bit overpriced in comparison to local markets and vendors, but there is no point in regretting additional pay if you get the best quality at your door step as per your convenience. Really attracted to their offers tooo.
I am using the products of fresh to home from its inception in Trivandrum. I was attracted by the products because of its delivery promptness and quality of the products. Earlier In the app, identical items are clearly grouped and easy to select. Now the app is full of items, arranged with unconnected items. Out of that 90% are marinated or cooked. We want fresh meats or fish and not the cooked food that are available in hotels. Once I tasted that but not upto the mark & suspect the quality.
Never got what is displayed on the screen. They don't keep anything in stock. Worst experience. They can't even cope up with the order on Sunday's. I have been trying to order combo from past 2 weeks i am not able to get it. It shows available. As soon as you want to pay and order it. It shows quantity exhausted. Then what's the use of promoting it and sending msgs. Really hate this
Everything is good, but I had faced an issue today. During checkout, I found a coupon. My order value should have been above 799 to use it. After making it higher, the coupon disappeared from the app and was no longer valid. Hope you all would fix this.
Worst customer support experience. No response to calls. Ordered fish and in update it shows processing nothing else. And for clarification if you call customer care it connects rarly with worst call clarity from any SIM provider. Don't know how other customer care are getting clarity in calls when we call. I don't recommend this app.
The aap is good, but the response time is very bad. My ordered was not delivered, but there was no communication and app shows delivered. When I raised the issue on app again there was no response. Not a very good experience as a customer especially when there are other apps available.
As they store the items under cool temperatures for long time, the product looses it's freshness, quality and taste. If one is lazy to buy the product, they can choose this. Otherwise, if you are healthy enough, then go and buy the items directly in the Market.
Always displays items are available but when we add to cart it says product not available ! First few times the purchased items were very good but last order I am not at all satisfied. BTW your customer service is also not upto mark. They won't greet or say anything nice when we raise our concerns! The coupon code you displayed during RAMADAN was not working.
Worst customer service and you order any item but delivered different items. We talk to customer service he/she you got different item no worries you kept in your home we collect next day and change item. But no one come on collect. Your money waste, time waste. Past 2 delver same issue I face. (10-05-2022 order). Price also too high compared to other app. I won't recommended this use less app.
What an experience!! The quality has gone from bad to worse to Rotten in last 2-3months. Called them twice to pick the Rotten delivery and money back(fresh or free) which I was assured they will, it was not picked no money back. You made Jimmy shergil look fool,awww Shame! You cheat us, loot us and deliver Rotten /bad quality and then all these ads (can understand money is going in advertising, so quality issues..hmm!).
Their customer services , support was bad. You can't contact them. They are not answering to any call . No feedback. Booked wrong slot by mistake but there is no option to change and I am not able to cancel order also. Worst app and support ever.
It's take too much time for adding to cart. Server is very slow. Frequently asking... close app or wait or send feedback. Very delay to display the vegetable category. But products are fresh.
Do not order from here, the meat smells nasty and not even frozen, I've ordered many times, the experience was okay at the start, but eventually the quality kepta deteriorating. There is no date of packing on the package, just the expiry date written, I'm sure there is a lot antibiotics used to preserve the meat for days as it's not even frozen, also the packages are always leaky and stinking.
Worst experience. I used to order meat on another app. I never faced any quality issues. I ordered mutton on this app for the first time as I just wanted to give it a try because the item was out of stock on my regular app. But to my surprise, the bone percentage was 50%. Don't ever order mutton on this app especially with bone. You will end up getting lot of bones than the one you normally get in a butcher shop and all other apps. Not sure of other items though. Uninstalling the app.
App was very slow. Poor delivery. It was given the slot 8-11:30am and they delivered the order at 13:45pm. Is this the way you serve the customers. There is no prior intimation from your end for the late delivery. There is no delivery boy number. No customer care number. And the app was disgusting. While reporting the issue in the app its showing the error "try after sometime". Very bad experience from your team. No coordination. No communication. 👎👎
The products are fine but the deals are not. But the app is a nightmare!! It lags and keeps giving not responding errors after every click. Felt like i was back to the 90's where one had to wait for eternity for the pc to respond after a click!!
I was asked the phone number for placing an order although I have transferred several times before and the OTP reached after the expiry time at least six times. I had to wait another hour to make the purchase again. Also, it does not allow us to go back from the payment page to the coupon page if we have forgotten to select it. You have to cancel the order and go through the payment process again. That is annoying to say the least.
It is So Worst experience. In my second Order, I have Ordered 2 items, one was Combo. Also I have paid for both items. Sadly I only received one item and not the other and I got receipt for both, also didn't not get any refund. I informed already in thais app under 'Report Issues' around 12 hrs ago, till now I didn't get any response and resolution. It is really irresponsible and my first impression is Gone 100%.
I think you need to change the tag line in your advertisement. One month refrigerated items cannot be considered fresh. The moment you put it outside, the non-vegetarian items starts to decompose in an accelerated phase than a regular unrefrigerated item. But otherwise it is ok. Just my opinion.
App says fresh but doesn't deliver fresh items. They say 60 minutes delivery or it's free and delivery takes more than 3 hrs. The worst support ever. I strongly recommend don't use this App. Your support system is worst no one responds to mails
The offers are good and there is cash back also provided by the app, however when it's time to claim them, the app do not work. I tried to order chicken today however while making a payment app did not worked and error message was try again later or call customer support. Wherein customer support was fully occupied, waited in the queue for 15 mins but did not cooencted. I think always try from near by shop is the best option then Fresh to Home app.
It's fresh as described, I'm using it since 4 months, the product is fully processed and no need to wash again, it's absolutely fantastic, espically for people who are new to non veg and not interested in washing all the chicken /mutton.
I only have one problem, you should introduce 250 grams pack for everything. Being a bachelor it's hard to finish ½ pack and mostly i end up throwing or donating the leftover. I want to order different stuff fresh everyday. And sometimes i want to have two different items.. that usually ends up 1 kg that I definitely can't finish by my own. Kindly introduce 250 g packs for all stuff with Rs 99 minimum order value.
Good app, very easy to search products, and efficient delivery. I only don't know why vegetables and groceries are not available despite of having the option. Otherwise it's an excellent app!
Good quality, fresh not frozen, excellent service. But it is loosing it value rapidly due to sales gimmicks. Increasing prices to pay for stupid advertising using filmstars will not add value to the customers or FTH. Showing adverts on every Google page and Utube, is very offensive to view and is extra cost to the customers for the same service. They must study & understand the business model of Dmart to be Top Notch in the this segment.
Fresh to Home has very poor Customer service. It's almost negligible. They need to work towards setting it up. It becomes extremely difficult to get queries resolved as the support team is not available or does not reply. Very disappointing.
It literally shows so many options on the surface but when you select, it will say not available in stock. Can't you just show that right from the beginning over product thumbnails? What nonsense! It shows so much and almost everything is out of stock, especially for seafood.
