when you change phones it is hard to get a new I con on your phone without going through all the set ups I perferr classic it's much better for me to use the new version is difficult on a phone to see everything.
Always logs me out and then says my password username are wrong. The reset password link always always fails and I have to call support. Usually difficult to communicate with anyone and im left unable to invoice clients and get paid. Very frustrating.
Recently started locking up and closing. Also began using around 30% of my battery. I rarely open the app.
As compared to new fresh books, classic is amazing. Unfortunately, it is gone. Find alternative : xero, quick books, etc.
Its good when it updates. Certain estimates or invoices wont come up for customer names. Takes forever to update on the app.
Refuses to refresh is slow and never in sync with PC version
Limited functionality. Locks up frequently.

I have been a FreshBooks user for several years and was happy until Android app became almost unusable. I only ever use the app. Support used to be on point, but now aren't. The price almost doubled recently and I have to use a broken product. My fault, I've been too busy/lazy to find a new product. I hear QuickBooks is the way to go for what I need. Half the price, twice the product. Soooo disappointed. And i dont need your new product becuse it doesnt support PayPal.
The app is slow and the actual payment process is slow. It's 2018. It shouldn't take a week to process an online transaction. Too slow.
I would really like to see PDF support for receipts when creating an expense. I store all my receipts as PDFs and this essentially makes a large part of the app useless for me (and many others as well).
No longer a fan of Freshbooks, glad to be moving on. This App has always been a little temperamental and the newer app simply refused to work with my account. I have switched to Wave and very happy I did so far.
Not sure what happened recently with updates, but app fails anytime I try to send invoice, view pdf. Always requiring a Force Stop. I can no longer use on the go.

Useless apps
I've been using this app for years and I love it for many reasons. But when I want to refresh the app to see if clients have received invoice, or just want it current ... waiting-waiting-waiting-waiting... yup, for the most part it dosnt, and it's pretty ridiculous!
Is a very good "grabbin' your data" simulator, but poor accounting app. While it was grabbin' my data, I went to the Freshbooks website and did what I needed to do in about 30 seconds. 30 minutes later, it says its still grabbin' my data. I don't think it's going to be grabbin' my data....
Reccomended by linustechtips. Very good app. I use it to help manage my computer business.
The app requires username and subdomain, both of which cannot be found anywhere on the freshbooks website.
Currently won't open PDFs without crashing, I need to be able to do this, sort it out please.
For the past few months, the majority of the time logs I submit are completely invisible from my boss's end of the service. Now, every time payday rolls around, we have to both go onto Freshbooks simultaneously, and I have to read each individual time log to him so he can manually insert it into the system. With time logs this broken, we may as well keep paper records. The worst part is, I probably lost money for time unpaid thanks to Freshbooks. I'll be telling people to avoid this service like the plague until I see this problem fixed
