Not listed as an app so can never find it except coming to play store
I do not know why they thought this should be an app. Many of their competitors are able to push calls to a cell phone without the need for a badly designed app. Being able to create a ticket, only after hanging up on a call is quite frustrating. They decided for some reason, the answer and decline buttons should be opposite of how they are for normal calls on android. It also does not turn off your phones screen while talking so accidental button presses galore.
This app just does not work well. All of the features it claims to do are true, but there are some glaring omissions, like a lack of support for Bluetooth headsets, no screen time out when on a call, and various bugs such as the "end" button doesn't end a call! I tapped on a recent call by accident and ended up dialing that person's number - even though I tapped cancel/end call immediately! The call went through, and as IT, I had an embarrassing time explaining what happened and apologizing.
Works as described once all power saving settings are disabled. Unfortunately I often find the app will crash/close if my phone is left for a significant period, i.e. overnight. Is this because reception/data connection is lost? I would like a notification rather than constantly having to check if it's running in the background.
Definite step back from previous version. Once you are on a call, you cannot see the phone number of the caller if they are saved as a cust. There are many common names which could refer to multiple people, and the phone number was a good identifier. Several times I have been on a call with a cust whilst another call is coming through. Very hard to hear the current call with ringtone playing. Cannot decline the incoming call, and it will eventually ring out, but will end the current call too.
Completely unusable. Half the time it doesn't even ring, then when it does connect it fails to show the call screen so I don't even know who's calling. It also seemed to have issues with my Bluetooth headset. I can't believe they released this as a finished app.
It works but has issues. Most prominent one is Bluetooth headphones not working (in my case a Jabra Evolve e65) which is shown in the app but when selected the voice / sound still goes over the phone speakers.... Further things like Fresh not helping solving issues with voice and blaming it all on the network of customers (even if they did all required forwarding).
Extremely poor experience with this company. It made a stealth charge of 708 USD on our debit card even though we were only ever on the pay as you go plan. Company does not pick up support or billing numbers so you have to call sales and demand to get re routed. They don't reply to emails either. Still waiting for our refund 10days after their own deadline. Comb through your bills carefully if you use this company!
App is not working. Cannot receive inbound calls nor make outbound calls. Tried going online and calling my Freshcaller # that I paid for and the call never showed up on app. Tried logging out and logging back in but that didn't fix it. When i tried to make outbound calls, I'm getting an error message saying invalid country #. will change my rating on this app if they resolve issues.
The Web Portal on PC works great. The APP on the other hand is messed up in JUST the right ways to mess up the flow of work. When you are creating a ticket for a customer, if you try to create a new contact within ticket it deletes the whole ticket. Still can't link calls from Caller to tickets, like we can on the PC portal. If you try to close a call, but first try to edit and add to the notes of call, the app will freeze and not let you end the call to answer another. Random stuff like this
Incoming calls not appearing in app and couldn't find out about the user who called. Limited functionality, Can only create freshdesk ticket after call, if you miss that it's gone(suggest to have long tap for other functions). Can't copy numbers from the app.
Please get this working. So many reported issues by others. This app should have ratings above 4.2 at the very least. Because this app is so buggy, I might have to switch all 4 businesses over to a different platform. This should be a top priority. Fix it or don't offer it. I'd rather not have the option if it isn't going to work. List hundreds of calls and pissed off even more people with all the bugs.
Feeling very very scammed! During the trial, forcing an upgrade but still puts unrealistic limits that can only be removed by actually buying a full plan. Its not a real trial when you allow 1minute calls after someone buys a number and loads credit, afterwards they havent responded, very poor customer support and took my money. I doubt that their positive reviews are real - beware guys! RE to their response: tried emailing and no answer, not surprised.
Not very useful as bluetooth head set does not work with this apps. As our team are mostly mobile and on the move, this apps only usable for very traditional call center workforce which they have to sit with browser.
Freshcaller really needs "click devices" like Cloud Call and other cloud based phone systems. This app never works properly, and if a call does get lucky enough to connect, the customer can't hear me.
Works great, exactly what I needed to not miss any calls. i used grasshopper before, now i can havw multiple numbers, select which number i call from and never miss a call. thanks for the great app and service
I and several colleagues have been trying to use this App. In the last 4 weeks - we had 3 calls and all three times - it did not ring any phone. It simply does not work as intended. not reliable
Cannot log into account. When I put the login details in and press 'Sign in', it just reloads the login page, doesn't even give any sort of message as to what's going on.
Does not run in the background. Once you move away from the app, you will stop receiving calls - which is completely useless.
unfortunately im unable to receive calls with the app and you cant forward to a phone number .. so unless you have a freshcaller browser open on a computer , you cant take live calls
So confusing. 4 different steps just to sign up. From google sign up to the app to create domain back to google to sign in and then back to the app???? and then "contact admin to buy number " who is admin???? really bad design
They need to fix the fact that each product they offer runs on a separate URL. Give me one login and allow me which products to use without the complex account linking.
Limited in features and is a battery killer. Looking at 3% battery drain in 6 minutes of active time.
Calls not getting notified on mobile. When the application is configured and able to see the call log but unable receive any calls
When my phone connected to Android auto and I answer a call it's getting stuck and the call hangs and I cant even hang up.
The idea of the app is great, the execution is not. The caller can never hear me. Please fix this.
I cannot make or receive calls. It says I don't have internet connection and cannot make/receive calls. I do have connection though. Please, tell me how to fix this
Great app. Helps me well with connecting to my customers. It's exactly what I needed.
App doesn't serve purpose. When I make calls they can hear me on other side but I can't hear them
Although I have the December 2021 version 3.2.2 installed, if I close the app and later try to open again, it gives me a message saying "... this version was deprecated on 10/18/2021 ... uninstall it and install new version ..." and the app does not open at all after this message. I have tried to solve this in any way possible including restarting phone after disinstallation. This is not acceptable. I am one of your clients and need this app working properly.
