Overall great experience. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but the customer service reps take action immediately and try to assist in recitifying any issues.
I enjoyed it. They notified me every step of the way. Sent me the rough draft and final copy. Gave option to revise or approve it. Will be using again in the future
it can be a life saver or a very bad situation. sometimes they can't find a writer.
I've used them before but this time the writer or writers couldn't give me what I needed. I accepted the paper due to the deadline after two revisions.
