I have been using Freshgogo service in the past 8 months, and usually order $100-200 every two weeks. In general, the food is fresh and good. The unpleasant thing is, they have a list of special sales for limited quantities every day. But it's too often to get notice saying that the product is unavailable due to shortage. Since the quantity for each product is limited and they certainly know the availability, I am wondering whether this a trick for baiting people to place orders.

FreshGoGo is a fantastic app esp for a working mom. I can buy my favorite food & dishes without visiting to Flushing. During Covid, this amazing app not only reduced my time & effort on grocery shopping, but also eliminated unnecessary contacts to strangers. My children love the snacks selection & their varieties are incredible! I love the deals of the day, unbeatable price! Love it!π
Good deliver experience. Products well packed. But be careful sometimes the goods are not fresh and can go bad completely. Veggies and fruits are easy to spot but no way to verify meat quality until cooked. They also have policies rejecting refunds if you don't report within a day. Recommend the service only if you do not want to venture out shopping.
--8/19/21 Since when it starts charging oversized/overweight fee? ??? I ordered more before with no extra charges!!! Another way of charging delivery??? Very unhappy my order got cancelled!! It was the discount item. If I got it before the discount time was over then I should get it. Not telling me afterwards that it is sold out! And then I can see it's available to purchase at "regular" price!!
Freshgogo is the best app for ordering authentic Asian groceries.I used to go to grocery shopping over the weekends. Now I do not have to. This apps is so convenient, food are organized well in their delivery box.They have specially designed bags with ice for seafood and meat. Their vegetables are of the best quality, very fresh indeed.They also have weekly sales which you have to order quickly.Otherwise those items will be gone in seconds.
I have been using Freshgogo for almost three year and am really happy about their products and services. There are couple things I like the most. One is the very broad range and choice I can get from Freshgogo product list. It makes shopping easlier, and save a lot of hassel and extra shipping costs vs. if you have to get your stuff from several places. The second is the freshness of their produce. In general their produce is fresher than the supermarkets I have shopped
4 stars food, 1 star delivery. It arrived 4 hours late. Completely ruined my plan. Won't use it again. - update: I changed it to 1 star. Me and my friends had a stomachache after having a spicy dish bought from this app. We eat spicy food all the time and never had any problem. I don't know what's wrong, but I am furious! First the delayed delivery ruined my plan, then the dishes we looked forward to mess up with my health. I am very, very unhappy with this experience.
I have been using FreshGoGo for a few years now. I am generally happy with their services, but I do wish the app has options for me to add additional items after I place the order without incurring extra delivery fee.
Just get my first delivery. I order a day before and it arrived pretty good timing.(like 14:25)So far the foods are pretty good (it's like restaurant foods, not grocery except for chips). I miss the foods in NY. so right after I discovered this app, I know I have to order some foods. Thank you for make it possible
couldn't reschedule delivery easily, constant system bugs exist
Delivery slots never available and doesnt tell you when they add new ones. Delivery also way past the delivery window, ive gotten deliveries close to midnight. Also contacted client service via email and never heard back
Ordered something 3 days ahead and they said they will deliver between 14:00- 19:00 never arrived. Pinged their customer service and she said it will surely arrive by 21:00 but still, no slightly sight of the goods. Was planning on making dumplings with things in there order and they totally ruined the dinner. There are so many alternatives on the market, and won't bother using their service again.
Immediately after installing this app, my Malwarebytes virus scanner detected infection. Not sure if it really contains some Trojan. Uninstalled for now.
Why there's no any ingredients listed but only pretty pictures? Is any MSG What's in the food is the key for some buyers. Please list all the ingredients Or at least show a clear picture of the package with ingredients on.
Interface is user friendly, deliveries are generally on time, no complaints.
Expensive delivery fee. Things go out of stock last minute. Lack of flexibility in changing order if things restock before delivery date.
why does this app need access to my local storage? without granting the permission, the app closes. this app has potential for me, but my privacy is more important.
the loading of grocery is slow
I don't know why it needs access to my local media and storage. If denied, I will not be able to use the App. This app may not secure.
Order twice and had positive experience so far. Various Asian food and products. It has been great help during this pandemic
The delivery time is very good before dinner, so we can eat it for dinner. The packaging is also very good.
EDIT: $3 coupon sounds more like an insult than a real sincere apology. And the insane delay has only gotten worse in the past few months, not better. Customers better take note. Their delivery service has steadily become worse. Promised delivery window was between 2 pm to 10 pm, which is already very wide, but this time they delivered at close to midnight and didn't even send a text message or push notification. They offered no apology and only gave me a $3 coupon, which just looked like a massive f you from them. This is a terrible app from a horrible company. Avoid them like a plague if you can.

I bought some food throught this website... Little did I know that they have a label that bears a warning for substance causing cancer and birth defect... I have tried to get a refund, however the person says it cannot be done.. how ridiculous
Super expensive! Much expensive than other merchants and don't recommend! Rip you off !

Disaster experience They charged me more than $11.49 for delivery so I ordered about $90 to make it feel reasonable. Then on the day of delivery, they cancelled most of the high value items and don't let you cancel your order. So I paid the same delivery fee to get just few grocery items. It happened 3 times already. It's totally a scam. The customer representative doesn't want to adjust it at all but provide a $5 coupon for next time usage. I will make sure anyone I know won't use it!!
