Very complicated app. It consumes employees work. Very hard to make consolidated report . So may tabs need to connect Evey time to create a single deal or contacts
Not able register and login... frutrating... uninstalling the app.
Platform is pretty all-inclusive, though a little counter-intuitive and klunky at times. But the one great thing is that the service and training included w/ subscription is unlike anything I've experienced with a SaaS platform of late--very thorough and there to help at any stage.
Service is great but the app isn't great. It would be great if you could use it like an inbox so you could see new messages from leads and customers. Right now, you have to know if someone sent you a message and go do a search for their profile to be able to see and respond to messages.
I've been using freshsales for over a year, I'm very happy with the software and Freshsales actually used our company as an example in their marketing campaign. The software is very easy to use and has really helped streamline our sales process.Their customer service is outstanding, their team are very helpfull and any questions I"ve had have been handled in a timely.
It lags and repeatedly crashes, after a call through the app you'll need to start over from the first as the app closes down. A great software for just the PC.
Garbage app with a lot of issues espeically with deals. Data we saved would disappear and the next time around to default data. Upon asking the support why that happened, they said I was on the free plan. Regardless of what plan I am on, why do you allow me to update fields that I supposedly cannot use?
I have REDMI 7 Phone and the app crashes upon startup... First attempt to you use it on phone. It works well on PC but too bad I can't use it on phone... Update: with version v2.5.1 it no longer crashes! It works great! I changed my review to 5 stars
Great app BUT there are quite a few annoying bugs! Emailing using a template does not insert signature like it does in the desktop version. Would be 5 stars if bugs were fixed
Great app! Just one suggestion: It would be great if we can add phone numbers directly from our contact list while creating a new lead, instead of copy pasting.
The app keeps crashing every time i try to open it. Please fix this issues as quickly as possible. Issue was fixed after i downloaded the July 20th 2019 update i can now open the app.
UPDATE 17 SEPT: Glad to receive a response. I hope it's not just words. I look forward to Freshsales really becoming a business powerhouse tool. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lack of call log access is not justified. There have been developers who have obtained access through the correct channels. Don't be lazy, just do the work required to get access by applying through correct channels. Heck with sufficient justification, on application, you can probably add SMS access which should be brilliant.
terrible app and support does not respond to you. the way things are worded is also very odd. every email you received is considered a reply which is incorrect. Even a new email is considered a reply. I don't understand how you can reply to nothing...
When I try to open offline actions after adding a deal while offline, the app crashes! Nice app otherwise. :)
Have to login again and again. Automatically, it gets log out. Sometimes, it doesn't work properly. Kindly help me with this. Thanks.
competent and light weight. its a less complicated CRM system. synchs well with desktop version.
Can't login nither from email nor from Google account. Even the activation mail didn't received yet. Almost 30 times attempted.
They made me reinstall the app without notice. It was at the same time I needed information to respond to a situation.
App not working in my phone. Poor performance since last update in october 2021.
Now using it at Two users, its easy awesome. I am still checking how much data the app can handle.
This is the easiest most attractive CRM on android i've ever worked on. Makes sales life reaaalllyyy easy and the platform by itself is a motivation

Frustrating and time consuming. I could have manually typed in all 240 contacts and their information faster than uploading an Excel file. Just when you think you have it perfect, only two contacts upload and the rest are ridiculous errors. I see the potential but not worth my time.
