I love the app because it makes it easier to access my points and take advantage of them when I'm at the restaurant. Cuz I can just get on there and select which deal I want to redeem and it's very easy. There are times when it works a little strange depending on the Wi-Fi at the restaurant but usually if I just choose to use my phone on my plan instead of with the Wi-Fi then it will work anyway.

I have been trying to use this app for months but EVERY time I open it, it immediately closes. The message always says "unfortunately, this app has stopped working, please try again later". IT NEVER WORKS!. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it several times but nothing helps. I've notified Friday's through the app to no avail. I have 350 points that I can not use. I've noticed that there are a lot of similar complaints listed but nothing is being done to address this issue.

I have never dealt with a more horrible app for a restaurant. Each time I go I re-download the app because each time the same garbage happens. Makes me change my password, accepts the password I load it and boom sorry something went wrong. What a surprise. Same thing over and over. I have a screen shot for a further description.

Disappointed. Every time I try to use the app I keep getting an error message that my email or password is incorrect. I've reset my password over 3 times and still having the same issue. ive even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same problem. I've used a computer which works better but I can't carry my laptop to Fridays just to show my points .. a texting feature would be great. I know there has to be others that have the same issue.

Good when it works. But too many notification advertisements. The app itself needs a way to opt out of notification advertising. It's CONSTANTLY telling me of any specials it has, and the only way is to disable the notifications using the android settings. This means the app is still downloading em, but can't display em. My Calc on the rating -2 stars for too many notification ads. -2 stars cause I can't disable them in the app, so it wastes my data downloading em, when it can't display em.

The apps is good to show menu, deals and offers. But major problems is ordering food and paying for the order. This app hasn't been able to complete my order since 2017. Yes, the app is updated on my phone and my log in is correct and i have internet connection. I had to wait over 2hrs last night-8/19-at the Newburgh, NY store because i couldn't place the order on the app. Also the service at that Newburgh restaurant is slow, poor and food quality is lacking! Sad TGIF is no longer my FAVORITE!

App is horrible now! Impossible to log onto the app, even though I am using my correct password. Was able to log on from home computer with same login info, but cant do that anymore either. I even reset password to see if that helped, but no. Not sure whats going on, but mad that I've had points to enter that will expire. Wont be eating there until its fixed.

This is the worst app I have ever used, every time I scan my receive to add points, it will not add my points this is awfull. I love the place, but it is worstless to have the app if you can't get full use of it. I sent an email to Fridays when they open back up from the pandemic about it would not let me log on, I was told to uninstall the app and wait an install it again, but now it will not let me add points.

I use to like this app but now it's horrible! Everytime I try to login it shuts down. I have points I would like to redeem and I can't. I can't redeem at the restaurant because they say they need the code from the app. The same app I can't log into! So frustrating!!! Please fix this problem fast. Or here's an idea, have something available in your restaurants for customers to access there account when your app is not working so we can redeem our rewards. We spent a lot of money to get them.

App is easy to use to place a mobile order until you actually have to place the order. I was able to add all the items I wanted to order for my family and when I went to check out, it said the app was experiencing difficulties. Same thing on both my phone and iPad. So frustrating. Don't recommend.

I have changed my password MANY times. Deleted and reinstalled several times. And this thing STILL will not work. But it will not let me create a different account either. Will not accept my log in. This is one good way of not letting people rack up points. I see you just updated the app in April to fix the bugs. Go back to the drawing board as they say. I downloaded today and it still is broke.

Was great, able to open the app and navigate with no problems. I guess there was a recent update because now I can't sign in or reset my password. Keeps giving an error message. I haven't been to Friday's because of this. Fix the app and I'll return to use and accumulate points.

This app doesn't work after the last update. It keeps saying invalid username or password and if you change your password its says oops it not you its us but they still haven't fixed it. This has been 2 months and still the same problem. I guess they don't read their reviews. I would like to redeem my points so this needs to be fixed. I emailed the developer so here's hoping that works.

I was sitting in the restaurant, trying to sign in so I could get my stripes, and it kept telling me that my password was wrong. I reset my password several times and it would not let me in. I got on my computer and reset my password again and gained access to the site online, but when I tried to use the app I was denied again. I updated the app and still no luck. There is absolutely no link to any sort of help or customer service on the app. It's pointless if you can't login.

For some reason I am not able to log into the app. I keep getting an error message saying that's its them not me and to enter my information again. I have even gone through the steps to reset my password and still get nowhere. How can this problem be fixed because I love the app and the restaurant and would really love to continue to get my rewards.

USELESS APP now (used to be great)! Since the last update, I can no longer sign in. Tells me to change my password - nope, can't do that either because the password reset link they provide in my email WON'T CONNECT! Why did you have to update and break something that was working just fine??!! If it ain't broke, leave your fingers off of it!! Now, about all those points I can no longer access...

Until they get this app fixed I am rating it low. Ever since they updated it on 2/27/19, I have been unable to login. I have contacted Friday's Guest Services several times and they have been unable to resolve the issue. They have added login instructions on their website but they also do not work. I sent an email today to Fridays Digital Support Team. I have not heard back yet.

I haven't been able to log in at all in months. I've uninstalled. Reinstalled. Now they have apparently deleted my Rewards account that I've had for 15 years. All my rewards are gone and I had to set up a new account. Still cannot log in on the app. I did the latest update to no avail. I can only log in on an internet browser. Completely inconvenient and not user friendly at all. Disappointed all around.

it's always experiencing technical difficulties. never works. I dont have time to go in and order and wait and thought this app would help. nope. spend more time loading everything and entering my card info just so it can tell me its experiencing technical difficulties. had it downloaded a year and have never been able to use it once to order

This app is absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could give it no stars, i would. It worked for a little while, then it updated & it doesn't work anymore. Can't log in on the apps even the website won't let you log it. I'm here now, & I just had to pay out of pocket because the app never worked. I went across the street because the waiter said it's the building. Still didn't work. The app is absolutely HORRIBLEA

It never works! I have tried 3 separate times to order meals for pick up. By the time I get all of the food ordered, I have spent 20-40 minutes and when I put in my debit card, the app says it cant process it, anf to call in my order. Then I wait another 20-30 minutes for food to ready...and pay using the SAME card that the app couldn't process!!! So, the app has been a giant waste of time. I havent even been able to cash in my free app/desser for joining. Food is great. Save time, just call.

Wont let me log in on a computer so i can use my points. Ever since you guys updated the app, it has not been working or opening. What was the purpose of updating the app if we can't use it. The service has gotten so bad as well maybe I'll just put you guys on my list of food chain not to eat at any more. Sad because I travel and if there is a TGIFriday in that city I'm there!

Has a problem crashing occasionally, but when it's working, it's pretty great. You can make substitutions, scroll through daily discounted deals and it saves your credit card. Points accrue automatically and you can apply them at checkout, if you're cashing them in.

God forbid you hit the back buttom while ordering with rewards--which you have to type in manually with a 10-digit code--then the app "experiences technical difficulties" and won't process an order. The "Keep Me Logged in" button is also pointless as you must constantly log in regardless of whether you check the box or not.
