Worst idea to use to this app for recharge. Idk how your App is getting 3.5 star rating! We can't recharge our phone number with this app. Everytime I try to recharge you deduct the amount but doesn't credit it to my phone number and not even refund it back to my bank account. Better you drop this app or you will have more negative reviews.
Thanks to Friendi team for prompt response. I would like to give one more feedback . App is very slow and not opening at all I am able use other applications and data but Friendi not working properly.
Since last week, app is not working. I am not able to recharge. Also Data packs available is very costlier. Should introduce some good offers. Otherwise will be forced to change to other network
Why you stop the 3 rials weekly package for day and night? I cant able to see remaining Data on app. When i open the app to check renaming data volume. The app show me notification that you are not subscribed on any package. Please resolve this issue . Thank you
Forget using the app, I am unable to login in the first place. I insert the mobile number and it shows me an error. I click on 'get to know us' and there is no data to display. It asks me to retry. What do I even do of the SMS that I receive asking me to download the app? It is pointless.
Dear sir, how are you? Your offers are the best in all the sides. You have variety of offers which very acceptable for all. But your app is very slow, need to work with that. Please update with a fast Friendly app.
How much more time do you need to work on a new mobile app for me? (Been getting this message since a month now) It is very irritating to not be able to check my balance, not able to recharge or do anything. I think it is time to switch to another service provider.
This one of worst app. I think You people don't want to improve yourself. If it is easy for recharging by app then its benefit for them. Fix the problem regarding recharge by app. Otherwise you loss your benefits.
I don't get daily 10 md data free offer thiugh i use this app almost twice a day minimum, also hv. Sent my complain thru app with regards to parking penalty i had to pay Inspite of using feature of this app, I understand there could be some flaws being a technical person but thet need to be rectified and rewarding to the one who figure it out to you Hope you will consider my request 😊
I was not able to register. After reinstalling it ia working ok. I have entered some promotional code. But there is no way to check the balance in that scheme. Otherwise I like Friendi.
Since yesterday this app is not working.. So I'm going for another options.. Because I need to recharge immediately.. Although all other operators are providing the same minutes and data or offer's as friendi.. So no reason to stick with friendi
I am using friendi since last 5 years... Recently migrated to Ooredoo... Because friendi is still offering unrealistic data plans!!! Who wants unlimited validity for small packages.... Even data is still expensive comparing to KSA mobile operators..... I request friendi to make call rates 30 bz /min (no need minutes with unlimited validity) thats would be enough... Data plans more cheaper....
I am unable to login to this app. It's says make sure to have data. Erre is showing. I use WiFi then why can't login I have called to 1252 they said reinstall app its will work. But still the same problem.
My data plan does not reflect in application. To check data plan I still need to use code As usual,they reverted with a system generated message to contact customer care. If that is the final option,why this is required ?
No Option to switch between accounts. To switch between accounts, we've to log out, give other account number and then authenticate. Once accounts are authenticated, should be able to switch between accounts.
Application not working who have done portability. online recharge is not there. when i click on Store locator, it suddenly closed App.
my fariendi app is not working.why? I have been created my account. When I'm entering my Oman friendi number it is showing error. But yesterday it was working and today not why🤔 answer me as soon as possible
My dear Developer, I am not even able to open this app as it says 'you are currently offline'. Also it takes hell of time to even show this message.

Your application name should change. You're not Friendi. You're name should Data eaters. Why i can't login even have Wifi? If option is there i want to give lower than 1 star.

Application not working. It's always asking "Error, make sure you have a data connection".
You need to fix the recharge function for Debit Cards. If we can't add balance then how are we supposed to use your service? Shops and petrol stations offering vouchers are limited already, now we can't even add credit on the app. Furthermore you haven't responded to anyone's issues. Please fix it.
