Was working great until latest Android update. Then no calls listed. Tried to reinstall and it now says I do not have permission to use it!
It used to allow access to voicemail as the title suggests. But now you cannot access voicemail. The new name should be "Frontier app that lets you know you have Frontier service, and not much else."
Stinks and will not work since android update last week. On phone with technical services. They have not a clue.

Convenient app for when away from home, but frequent crashes when running in the background, causing annoying "Frontier has stopped" popups.
Doesn't accept my vm pin. Really bad app. This function works on my laptop but not my phone or tablet. Frontier should get this fixed. But with no competition from other phone utilities they have no incentive to excel at customer benefits.
Junk. Installed without my permission after i installed frontier app. SPAM!
This app constantly crashes!
The core functionality of this app has worked for me for the most part. However, any time I am not connected to wi-fi, it gives me a persistent notification saying "Wifi connection is required for calls". I can't swipe it away. It doesn't automatically go away when I re-connect to a wi-fi network. I have to open the app and go to Call Manager for it to go away. This is SO ANNOYING. This was a problem even when it was the AT&T voicemail app. I don't want to use the app to make calls. FIX THE PROBLEMS, DEVS
It's kind of functional, in that you can check your voice mails. But it often adds a persistent notification about needing wifi to make calls...why would I ever want to make calls with this app? When you do get a voice mail, the notification can be hours late. Lastly, it doesn't clear the notification on your home phone, if you have that. Ultimately I think I have to just turn notifications off to remove the intermittent persistent wifi notification. Kind of a stupid thing. Good thing I only care about checking voice mail once in a blue moon.
Never accepts password, only way to change password is contacting support. Support phone number is always over an hour waiting on hold. If the phone wasn't part of the triple play I wouldn't have it. Needless, especially when password changes is more work than its worth.
Keeps giving me a wifi error message that doesn't make sense. But as long as I get get my messages I won't call customer service. It's too hard to find someone that knows how to work the app.
Verizon dumped its customers without any notice. This company is not ready nor capable of taking care of so many new customers at once. NOTHING WORKS!!! My contract expires in less than 2 months. Bright House, here I come. Verizon you'll never have any of my personal or professional business again.
Well, I entered my Frontier account online password and it instantly told me I was locked out and to contact my provider. Which I thought was Frontier. But at least I didn't waste hours on hold like with their dial up service.

Cannot turn off the speaker. Really annoying when I need to check private messages in public. I really want to just read my messages, but that is not possible at all.

Where is the VISUAL part? Always had that with AT&T! And why do I continue to get a notification that I must connect to WiFi to make a call? This is for my home phone...not my cell? I'm not making Frontier calls from my tablet or cell. Please correct...annoying as it could possibly be!
I am entering my home phone number that I have with Verizon now Frontier and same password I set for the Frontier app and it tells me wrong information.
App does not work. Called Customer Service and they couldn't be bothered. Dealing with Frontier is very frustrating and disappointing. Not sure how they are able to get a rating of greater than 1.
