Beware if you sub in multiple districts. The app does a very poor job with this function. If you have a job in one district and attempt to switch to another there is an error message that shows saying, "Oops, something went wrong...please try again". It proceeds to load in your initial district page. Experience tells me that it defaults to the first district you registered & struggles to accommodate any after the first one. I am constantly having to check the browser version to get other jobs.

Not working as of today, but I was able to (eventually) log into the website on a mobile browser almost 4 hours later, by then all jobs for today were long gone. What's the point of having an app if it's just going to eternally load? Also, the UI is unfriendly and if you need to make an absence you have to log onto the website. Edit: prompt reply from developer, issues fixed, UI still needs work but updated rating to reflect that, app usually works fine

I used to get notifications the first few months of the school year and suddenly not. Fortunately, many of my jobs are known ahead of time, but on days I dont, I have no notifications, when I know there are jobs. Everything is on on my phone, so I should be getting them. I just contacted Frontline through email, so well see what happens, FINGERS CROSSED!

Stupid thing won't work right!! I have tried updating it, changing password, uninstalling, closing out, reopening, deleting history, etc!!! Nothing works. When I have gotten it to work in the past it will work for awhile, then just quits notifying me of openings, then I realize the stupid thing isn't working again and I have been missing out on openings. It's VERY INFURIATING!!! Now it won't even do anything at all when I put the username and password in!!!!!

Dont use this app if you can use anything else. Its UI is difficult to use, it doesn't update right, it doesn't show all the necessary information, and it doesn't have options to automatically update your calendar. It another application in a long line of things that have made it hard to sub.

This app stinks. It signs me out constantly. I lose jobs all the time because of constant errors. Re-download multiple times. Updated. Nothing works. This application needs a major overhaul, as so many of us depend on its use! Ridiculous. The creators should be ashamed of how many complaints it gets and what little they do to change it. We are losing jobs. We are losing money. Get a handle on this damn app!

I don't have time to wait to clock back on after I clock off from one job (task) to the other. Always down. Always asking for you to update, yet it never fixes problems, only makes them worse. If I didn't have to use this crummy app. to get paid, it would be got in a hot second.

This app is so picky. Some people can get it to work right. I can't get it to show how much time I've worked I have to blindly try and fill out because it won't show me the days I have already entered. I wish my job had a paper time keeping sheet because this app won't show me hours to date for the month, week or even that day

This app stopped giving me notifications when my phone software updated to Android version 12 on 12/05/21. I have Frontline version 10.23 installed on my Google Pixel 3A phone. Like others, I am also getting the error message when I open the app, but it usually goes away when I refresh it. The notifications settings are turned on. Although they are all turned on, it says that the notifications are ~0 notifications per week. Up until the operating system software updated, the app worked great.

App suddenly stopped working late last week. I get the messages "The system down" or "Something went wrong, try later" whenever I open it, but I've been able to access jobs through Frontline's website just fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it's still not opening.

Terrible. It never let's me log in. Always says wrong user name or password. Even when I reset it over and over. I have had more issues logging into this app, then I have with any other app I've ever used.

Worked fine until recently. Now it doesn't send any notifications when new jobs are available, this despite uninstalling, shutting down, the performing a fresh install. Without notifications, the app is essentially worthless. Update: new version 25 fixes the notifications on Android. If this stays "fixed", will update to 5 stars.

App is trash. Never works even after a fresh install. Can't even log in now just says there was an error. Waste of space on my phone. Edit: After seeing the dev reply to my review and updating to the latest version that happened to release today, it seems to be back in working order. If in a week it still works and doesn't crash constantly, I'll update my review stars.

Usually works great, but today I can't login on the app or online and there is no technical support. I'll just have to wait to call the school instead. Pretty useless when needed most.

Just started this weekend. Cannot get into the absence management system. Get error message " error occurred where there should not be an error. Try again later". Using on Samsung galaxy 21.

Was good until it stopped working. Have been getting the same message that something went wrong and to try again later. Thank goodness the website still works so I can check to see if all jobs were picked up or if I need to get coverage for classes. I hope my teachers are not experiencing the same issue.

We need the ability to add and control non work days, cancel for emergencies ect. That was taken away in the update.

Works great.. Except I'm not sure if it's due to I have a samsung not an apple. But I only receive push notifications .. no text or email alerts.

It's a massive oversight to not allow the user to set non-work days on the app. The app is usable enough, but it's clunky.

Not sure why, but I cannot sign in on this app. The username and password should be the same as the desktop version but I just cannot seem to login :(

I downloaded this app back in October of this year. I didn't have any problems until last month with the app saying there's a problem all the time when you open it. Now I don't get any notifications about any job positions that are available. When I go to open the app I see them but by the time I can do anything it's saying it doesn't work or it's down. It's unfair and not right because now I'm losing out on jobs that I could be helping the school fill. This issue needs fixed.

Jobs aren't showing up, so I've missed out on a lot of jobs. Everything else works fine. WOW! Every single review on here is the same, and ALL the replies are the same. WHY DO ALL OF US HAVE TO CONTACT YOU?! It's the SAME issue. We are losing money because your notifications aren't working. We don't get paid if we can't see the available jobs. DO NOT tell me to contact you, please fix the problem. I have uninstalled, shut down and reinstalled. I still don't get any job notifications.

Flaky. Great when it works. Some of the problems I ran into recently: 1. Currently I don't get any notifications when new jobs are available. 2. Last week I kept getting something like "site is down, try again later" all the time. I had to reinstall the app to get it to work again.

Love the ease of use tracking, accepting and keeping track of my substitute jobs. I did have trouble receiving alerts after my Android update but after correspondence with customer service, it was fixed in less than 24 hrs. They are very good about taking care of issues with their app in a timely manner.

I too have not been able to access the app on my phone. It gives the same message oops something went wrong try again later. Then it says the system is down. I can go to the website, but that's not why I have the app! The system does call me, but no notification on the phone app icon, so I have to keep checking the website. Please advise.

It just lets you view and accept jobs. Everything else has to be done on the actual site, which reduces the need for the app. SmartFind allows you to access everything, and it sends you to Maps when you accept a job at a school you've never visited.

Nice concept if it worked well. I constantly get messages why it won't work. "Something went wrong ",,etc. I waste a lot time just fighting this app. I am often late from repeatedly trying to open this app just to get it to work.

I've had this app for two years. I never get job notifications. It signs me out every time I close the app. Very frustrating that this app doesn't work and hasn't been fixed. The paid apps work much better.

Worst app I ever used every time we turn around, either my husband can't get his time on, or I can't. Wete always having to install the app install it and right now, I've done that restarted my phone, and can't pay myself for my job with this app! FIX IT! I pray to God our school system switches to a different one!

It worked great earlier this school year, but starting in October, it would only let me sign-in using the Organization SSO, even though I'm only connected to one school district. Then when I tried to log in using the Organization SSO, it would take me to the Frontline website and not let me log in using the app. I loved it before, but haven't been able to get it to work, even with uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
