Updated 5/6/22 Your app stinks. I haven't been able to use this app for atleast 7 weeks. Your support system tells me your keep excellerating the problem to another level but nothing gets fixed. What a waste of HOA money. Your system constantly freezes. Especially when making reservations for tennis and Pickleball. It allows me to make the reservation but doesn't allow me to go back to the menu. It freezes. Even when I come out of the App and go back in, it still freezes where I was.

a 2 is all. Our community uses for clubhouse and pool reservations. Deletions are not possible, have to call administrator. Cannot reserve more than one slot at a time. Have to restart your phone after each segment. Waist of time you don't get back. Could be so much better!

Just not an easy, user-friendly app to use. Layout makes it difficult to find what I'm looking for. In addition, we've been hearing for a couple of years that the "payment information" function would have nearly real-time acct info, and would only be delayed ~ 24 hours, at the most. To this day, it still says, "No transaction history", despite the fact I've paid all quarterly assessments. Just a poor app..

Completely and utterly ridiculous app! It is so difficult to make adjustments or deletions in this app that it makes one want to throw the computer across the room. I can one day setup my payment and by the next day the scheduled payment doesn't show up, but rather I see no transactions pending. It is like I never did anything. The pandemic caused everyone to have to use the app because no one was allowed inside the office to drop off their payment in person. Changes are needed.

Why does every property management app work like garbage? I can't see if a recurring payment is set up, much less the monthly value of the recurring payment. I have to click all over the place to find payment history. This app looks and functions like some college intern set it up over the summer.

Sign-in was very frustrating. Had to contact Constomer Services several times. Finally was granted access just to find nothing. FAQ- empty. Community info- empty, other important info- empty.

FrontSteps is the most useless community app I've ever seen. It does not function more than just allowing "pushes" from our property manager - everything else is either broken or so hard to use there is no point! My community gave up on it right away, it stinks so badly. It was supposed to make communication easier, but it not only made it harder, but made our community lose faith in our Board and our property management company for even rolling it out. I'm sorry we ever tried.

Useless app. I can't make a payment through the app, neither the mobile or the desktop version. The FAQs section is completely empty, no data at all. No HELP section to address my doubts. I pay a lot of money monthly (a lot more than average associations in South Florida) so I expect at least an app that works in a proper way. So far, no good at all.

I wish there was an actual balance in the payments tab. And I wish I could just pay directly through the app. Otherwise the app is ok. My main use for it is the finance tab and knowing my condo fee balance, but it only provides the charges and payments...no balance/total/sum. So I still have to contact the condo office for this information.

Can't even get into the system. I've been trying for two days. It is not user friendly at all. was fine until I had to go from KPM to Frontsteps. That was when the glitches started. Can't get into my portal and set it up to pay HOA fees. ERRRR

This is one of the most garbage apps I've ever been forced to use. 1. Does this let you set up payments? Yes 2. Can you confirm recurring payment plans? No. Your S.O.L. 3. Do recurring payment plans cover the whole balance of the account? Apparently not. Just the balance that you originally paid with it. 4. Does the information update in a timely manner? Nope, not at all. Still showing balances due from February 22, 2021. That was a month ago. Hello? Part of being useful is having current info

Tried to sign to place a work order and when I bring up the app, it just says it is up and running again, but doesn't open so you can place a work order. It is the least user friendly app I know.

Update: your recent update 8/5 didnt fix anything. The most useless app on the market, forced to use it because our HOA insists on using it. Your update didnt do anything but wipe out work order history, search feature doesnt work & the payments section still does not show a difference between a charge & a payment. Your update just gave us more useless categories.

Not overly impressed. It doesn't load properly or quickly. Menu is not the best. Links between emails and the site don't always work.

The app doesn't show accurate financial payments and assessments. It shows double or half assessments. It doesn't show your current balance or if you're paid ahead. Its terrible.

App is fairly useless on my phone as it doesn't contain half the info as on my computer. The most basic thing, the community calendar, is not available.
