Frost Bank

so far I'm loving the app. there could be improvements , still haven't seen my savings account or overdraft be eligible.. I'm just getting used to it and hope to see the changes and updates 🙏

I love Frost Bank absolutely love them I don't care which bank I going to the professionalism is always there no matter what time I called they're courteous I always get an alert if something looks odd on my account they're the best bank out there and I've had all of them pretty much but Frost beats them all great time Frost I love you guys keep it up

I loved the old version. The new version is horrible. It's not as user friendly, and it's more difficult to navigate - especially if you're like me that has dyslexia. Too much white background with no definition makes it difficult to differentiate between drop downs - including the Mobile Deposit option. You need to reconsider your designer for this application.

Very great app but have to give a 4 star due to not being allowed to look at your own account #.

Easy to use. Basic functions for checking balance, making deposits all work perfectly. It doesn't have the features some banking apps do, but there is a reason we chose a smaller local bank. With those fancy features comes fancy problems & fancy fees. I love Frost bank. We've been with you a year and we aren't going anywhere

The icon for the app doesn't work. When I tap on it, it just freezes. I have to go into my app store and open it from there. Once it's open, the esthetics is very blah...This seems like a downgrade from the previous app. Who designed this? It seems very low budget? Was Beta testing done before it was launched? I just wouldn't expect such a poorly designed app from Frost.

Almost never shows an accurate account balance which could lead to some serious problems for people. I've noticed charges suddenly disappear from the transaction list from one day to the next and in my opinion this is their attempt at making you accidentally overdraft so they can collect the fee, a service I always decline because it's outright thievery and yet was recently activated for my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Ignore the corporate copy and paste response. I'll be switching banks soon.

Frost is a customer oriented bank and I've done business with them for almost 30 years. Good people.

Straightforward, easy to use, zero complaints!

Used to be awesome, but lately it's been slow to load and very temperamental. It will kick me out and say the session has expired when I've just logged in. Sometimes I have to shut the app down 3 or 4 times before it will even open to the accounts page. I used to really like it, but now it's annoying and a chore.

This app gives me peace of mind. It's easy to keep up with my spending. My favorite feature is when you can go in and freeze your debit card. So noone can use, not even scammers. A few months ago I got an email saying my debit card is now linked to my Apple account. I have never had an Apple account. I immediately went into my Frost app & freezed my debit card. Before any money could be taken out of my account. The next day I went to the bank & got a new debit card.

Great banking app. I use it daily. I noticed a few ratings giving 1 star or whatever for having to rescan checks repeatedly or that it doesn't work, but it's always scanned just fine for me and 98% or so on first try... so it's either their phone has issues or they need to use the camera flash or clean their camera lens. Or maybe even go into the lobby of their nearest Frost Bank, because technology just isn't their bag.

Really a dowgrade from the original. I can't even install it on my primary phone. Hangs at waitng for download. Where I was able to get it installed I find it almost unusable. Too much blank space. This is a mobile phone ap. not everyone uses a flagship 8" phablet. Many fuctions not available such as Zelle. Generally a major scewup. Frost is better than this... Or at least used to be. please restore original app.

An app that lost credibility/functionality. Hasn't updated outside financial data for 6 days now. Also doesn't report outside financial VISA account balance like it used to. Nothing changed on my phone which also has been reinstalled from factory settings twice with no change in problems. No other apps misbehaving and FROST has not done anything to fix this with recognized outside financial institution.

Great, simple app for Frost Bank, and integrates well with the Android card system for contactless payment, as well as integration for accounts at other banks. Also, allows you to freeze or update travel info in the app for your debit cards, and connects you to the bank's customer service and support easily. Love it.

The app is not awful, but I prefer the old layout, appearance, and menu setup. Since they updated, I find it overall much less intuitive to use than it was before, I also vehemently dislike the super bright all white background the app has since the update.

Online banking is so convenient. Saves me alot of time and it is so easy.

I wish I could have the old FB app version, to me it was so much better. Keep having issues since I updated it and find the new version visually unattractive. Now I keep having to call more often because the app frequently doesn't work on my mobile. Miss the old version.

This app has always been intuitively easy for me, maybe not all but, well done from my perspective.

I don't understand why fixing something that is not broken. The app that I had was amazing never had a problem with it. Since the update is just that "an update it does not work" can't get pass the page where I type my password and shows the words call the .... number for help. It is a nightmare not knowing is my bills are pay in time. I always need to call ask everything. The app was fine before it was simple and nice. The background of the photos from the Texas area were my photo of my day.

This app is excellent, so easy to use. I love that you can contact them through the app to get help. It's so easy to transfer money from one account to another. The only thing is that you have to have wifi to connect to it. I totally understand though, I mean its security, you money, you want it to be safe right? I love this app and I love the people at Frost Bank, awesome people, so understanding and willing to help you!!

Don't waste your time downloading this app. The app went from being great, to unable to use. Doesn't update account info for 5 days at a time, or the app is: temporary unavailable, call customer service or something unexpected happened try again later. What's the point in having a banking app if you can't use it!

No frills no thrills just a straight forward design that is easy to use and a clean lay out. I really like the user supplied photos that are used on the splash screen, what a great way to connect to your customer base.

I dont like the new view of the running transactions. The old app had a longer list in smaller font. I like being able to see more at a glance than having a huge font and only see the last 2 or 3 transactions

The bank is phenomenal and its people are who make the difference. The only update I can think of is to allow address, Nick name and account linking via the app, as opposed only by the website. Also, real time chat function, instead of calling, would be awesome. thanks
