Frost Journey

Would still love this game but I haven't been able to play. It wouldn't work one day so reinstalled it and ended up losing all my progress which I found very frustrating because I had reached over 1000 levels but I love the game so I was willing to start over. Then about a week ago it started telling me I wasn't connected when I was and that's been the message I get everytime I try to play. I'm afraid to try reinstalling again because my sister did and can't find it anywhere now. Please fix it

It appears you tempted to shorten the length of the ads which was a positive step forward except now when an ad comes on it kicks you out of the game and you're unable to re-enter without uninstalling and then reinstalling. Not very professional to do an update and not to test the game to make sure it's running properly. Looks like a very cute game but I have zero tolerance for this kind of irresponsibility. It it's a waste of people's time and shows lack of concern for players

Fun game for sure but.... ...its virtually unplayable. Even with my pop up blockers in place, you can't go for more than one level without at least one pop up ad coming up, and often times more than one. it's a sad state of affairs when I spend more time avoiding and closeing these pop-ups than I spend playing the game. Create a link removing the adds for a reasonable price and I'll play the game. then I'd likely spend money for coins. I won't spend a nickel til you do.

Ad after every level equals ad overkill and no instructions at all. On one level I tried to match a set of flowers only to find out on my own that I had to match next to the flower to collect it when a certain number of flowers was the goal to be collected. I would have given this a negative rating if I could!

Kids are enjoying all the characters! Especially the little Dragons. Good past time fun, bright colors,fun character's.Have fun!!! (Only problem is the characters at bottom of page are not showing. Page is too long , just barely see top of the heads.) Can't move the page up or down to show what they are. Dragon jumping up and down shows him/her .

I read the negative reviews and was hesitant to download. My Note 8 handles this game well. I've yet to encounter the snags of having to reload and start over. Are there ads? Yes. They are advertising their other games and the " x " to end the ad comes on after about 5 seconds so I consider that quite reasonable. Overall I am enjoying this game!

Lovely graphics, great gameplay, so why 3 stars? Too many too long ads. I don't mind ads, I find a lot of good games. But a full length ad EVERY level? I'm spending more time watching ads than playing. Fix that and I'll be back with 5 stars.

Really cute game! But had to give 3 stars as there are way too many long ads. Wouldn't be quite as bad if the ads were the short mini ads. But a 30 sec ad between every level causes one to lose interest quite quickly and want to move on to something else.

Taking away one star because 3 times now I have completed a level with my last move and the fail screen pops up before the move even completes. This means I either have to buy more moves or play the whole level again despite having already completed it. NOT HAPPY. Contemplating uninstalling it.

this game was frustrating only because I got to a fire level and no matter what I hit no matter how many times I rebooted it no matter even if I took it off my phone and put it back on I could not get past this graphic. It just said this is a fire level and you have to blah blah blah but and there was a hand pointing down to what I needed to do but I could not move the graphic out of the way so I had to uninstall the entire game. And it's a shame because I really liked it.

I really liked this game when I first downloaded it but now the game doesn't fully function I can no longer use the fire I collect ro unfreeze other dragons during levels when I need them it just says try again later and later never happens I also cannot connect to facebook. I tried redownloadjng the game and then I gad ro redo levels a fix would be appreciated

This game will not load. And there is nothing wrong on my end. I'm having zero problems loading anything else. Also I'm using new phone with tons of storage and memory. Everytime I load this game a screen pops up with a message saying 'Request isnt correct' But it shows its loaded at 100%. I'm tired of trying

Easy at start but gets challenging very soon & you can't win coins or fire needed to play, must buy to play. But, good graphics & effects, cute characters & no in game ads + connects to facebook but can't invite friends to play, because your friends list isn't available.

After recent game update it runs very slow and kicks me back to home screen. Plus now it takes forever for game to load. Was a great game before then and now unplayable. (12-4-18: just got a new phone (galaxy note 9); game runs much better on my new phone. It just sometimes sticks a bit.

This is a much cuter game & more refreshing than Candy crush! I was on level 1655 - I like this game better! They dont make the levels impossible to beat- as long as you think through the moves! Unlike Candy crush that likes to make it where you HAVE to buy stuff or risk playing the same.level for so long that you quit! At first I couldn't get rid.of.ads popping up that I had to.continually exit out of to keep playing- but I bought one little thing and the ads finally stopped coming through! As long as that doesn't happen anymore - I will love and continue this game!

Like this game, however, if the ads for other games were not after each challenge and spaced out a bit it would be much better. It is a bit annoying. Fun game though.

I really love this game and have been playing a long time but for some reason I can no longer play it, it says its loaded 100% but freezes on that screen. I've deleted it and reinstalled it several times and turned my phone on and off but this has changed nothing.

only on level 6 and cant do the level as too difficult, don't get awarded coins either for completing a level so nowhere to go with the game, shame as love the graphics, theme and music. sadly will uninstall.

This game is fun to play, except it freezes up. I have been able to purchase coins but, unable to use them most of the time! Lost money twice on purchases, paid but no coins! help!

A lot like all the other matching games but does add small jigsaw puzzles to go from one stage to the next. Not horrible, but not overly exciting either.

cute game but way too many ads theres an ad between every single level and they are all anywhere from 15- 30 seconds each this is so annoying. fix this issue and I will rate a 5. even if the ads were like 5 second ones that would be ok I'd give like a 3 or 4 star rate

I'm sorry! As much as I love this game I cannot play it any more! EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLAY IT EITHER CLOSES ITSELF DOWN OR IT MAKES MY PHONE RESTART COMPLETELY! I love this game! And I Love playing these type of puzzle games! I played before for a long time but had to uninstall because the game started restarting my phone every time I would play! So I'm hoping that problem is fixed! Like I said I do love this game!

I love this game.. very cute graphics.. but you don't have a pay to go ad free.. I play games All the time and different ones.. This game has way too many ads.. I would have gave you 5 stars.. I would pay to go ads free if you had it.. something to think about

I am having great fun, the games are quite absorbing and require some thought with regards to strategy to win some of them. Find the jigsaw puzzles easy but quite appealing, and a fun change from match ups.

horrible not fixed froze tried numerous times to get past the first page nothing horrible I have tried 10 times to download it goes to first screen where u are suppose to hit the fire... I try it does not work. THANKS.... THANK YOU THANK YOU.... AMAZING TOTALLY WORTH WAITING ON THIS GAME. FINALLY A GAME I. T. DEPARTMENT AND DEVELOPERS THAT CARE ENOUGH TO HELP US OUT. AND NOT BECAUSE I'VE SPENT MONEY EITHER THANKS.

I came back to play early levels and it again became difficult to win without boosters purchased. Cute and fun so recommend if you don't mind repeating levels or buying boosters.

Fun for a bit but what's the point of unlocking power ups through gameplay and then not be able to use them? Stupidly hard levels after the tenth.... Edit: Developer's response clearly indicates a lack of understanding of my core issue with this game. I detest games that are actively forcing you into spending cash for in game money just to use the powerups you have earned. Yes, I can use flames to unlock thr dragons. I can ONLY GET THOSE FLAMES from very specific in game points, or by buying.

Fantastic game, l love it but now it's gone because like nearly all game makers the price has got so high for in-app purchases and get very little in return I have to uninstall after a few purchases. Very disappointed.

One of the best and cutest games I've ever personally had the experience to play. Great job on everything. Very wonderful characters. If this was a cartoon it would be even better.
