Very bad service, i booked hotel in delhi for 2 hours, when I reached at hotel they said we have no tie up with frotel. After i called in frotel customer care they said we are trying to contact with hotel but after they said we will arrange you in other hotel after they said sorry sir we can't provide you rooms and money will refund, after money will not credited in 7 days. I called to customer care they delaying in refund and after 23 days they refund my money. Very bad services.

It's very useful app when you want to book hotel rooms on hourly basis. Best thing I liked is there's flexibility for check in time. Enough hotels to choose from however it will be good if you guys add more and more options.

I used frotels services to book the accommodation recently,right from the word go service offered was top notch..Be it web/ app experience or at the time of check in and later at the time of feedback call, i found it to be a true delight...And in the whole process i could save some decent money...It seems they have the winner in hand...Highly recommend ed...
Frotel is a great concept. It comes handy when I am traveling and don't want to pay extra for couple of hours. Having this app makes it a lot easier. Easy to operate and quick.
Awesome app, works for the purpose. I had booked hotel for few hours just to freshenup and take rest. Hotel D Ecobiz in Ahmedabad was booked through Frotels and everything went as per my plan. I strongly recommend to use Frotels to all business travelers.

Really nice app to book hotels for a short period of stay. I stayed in Ahmedabad using frotels. The app service was good but the hotel wasn't. Please have some decent hotels in your network too.
Poor app. Extremely costly rooms. What they offer for a 6 hour stay, oyo will give you 24 hours at even lesser price..

I almost save 70% money, I would have otherwise spent on the full day booking. I was travelling to Kota for exams and needed hotel for only few hours to have shower and keep my luggage. I could book through Frotels only for few hours and paid only 580/- Rs for it. Hotel was good too.
