Overall, the game is very well designed. I like the extended gameplay options by having lives available in multiple areas. However, I been playing swap and match games for years now. This one is by far the most difficult to advance in. It's hard enough just to pass a level. But in order to level up that area, you HAVE to get 3 stars on EVERY board.?! Makes me not want to play because no matter what part of the game I'm in, I can be stuck on one level for days at a time. Very frustrating.

It's a good game and it has some great challenges. It does get monotonous in the other world realm. Plus it would be helpful if some of the targets could be explained better before you start a round. UPDATE: Uninstalled this game, it got ridiculous! It's like many other games out there, pay to play. You only seem to be able to finish rounds AFTER you buy coins and pay for extra moves. [You're done in 2 moves most times after you do.] Should've listened to other gamer reviews, not worth it.

Liked the game initially, but it has a lot of progression and monetization issues. The levels quickly get impossible, with too few moves for the level difficulty. You have to get 3 stars (the maximum) in each level to actually progress, which requires spending quite a bit of real cash. Overall, it's not really fun at all anymore after a few hours of playing. If the difficulty is readjusted, I may download it again.

I've just started playing this game and have already ran into a problem. There's a section that shows your collections, items that you've collected while playing the game. The problem that I've ran into is that when my collections page comes up I can only see bits & pieces of it! If it gets fixed & I don't run into any other problems I'll change my rating. As far as the game itself it's pretty fun to play!!

The July update fixed the issues from the previous update. This is a beautiful match 3 builder type game. Please consider adding more variations of the boards...they tend to get repetitive. The ads are not overly intrusive nor are the special offers to purchase items. I like the option to watch an ad and double the resources. I like the circus special but hate the kitten in the tree...it is enough to have to earn tickets without sliding down the ladder if you lose on a level.

The graphics are still great. The writing could be a little bolder for people who wear glasses. It would be even better if you didn't have too spend days trying to pass the levels, I really like the game but it takes too long to reach the other levels. It makes the game becomes boring after awhile, eventhough everything else is good. I think the secret to making a person want too continue playing a game is to have more wins.

it's pretty cute for a match 3 with "plot", but you're required to advance the plot in order to play new levels, unlike others which let you mindlessly play to collect stars and then advance the plot later when you feel like reading. voice acting is really annoying. also, the "piggy bank" money grab, which i would normally ignore, messes up your score every time it shows up. uninstalled.

Loading times are too slow while the "puzzles" are fast and easy. It seems fragmented because the quests are all over the board...and the way too numerous ads keep interrupting the continuity. If you want me to buy anything you'll have to challenge me a great deal more. It could be a good game.

Initially I liked this game, I love match 3 puzzle games, and this one is a little different than the ones I'm used to playing. However whenever you guys run any type of update I have issues. With this most recent update, the game crashes. When I pick a game play level and it starts to load, the game crashes. I have a Google pixel 3. I wish you guys would do better testing before releasing updates

nicely done game. graphics are beautiful, levels are challenging without being frustrating. not crazy about the sliding energy scale for leveling up and playing levels but it doesn't detract from the game play. can earn tokens to play other "events" when your energy runs out so it keeps you in the game. lots of invitations to spend real money but it isnt as oppressive as some of the ftp games can get.

Great graphics, and I loved the animation. The puzzles generally are ok, BUT, some boards were extremely hard, (at least for me). For example the save the kitten in the tree, and the circus. It got to the point that I couldn't clear any boards. That's why I gave 3 stars, and uninstalled.

love the game and storyline, however the game keeps losing levels and has reset itself several times. the last one I lost 10 levels. Very frustrated and will probably uninstall.I decided to give the game another shot after an update was issued. had problems at level 26 with multiple crashes, but it only set me back a game or two within the level, and finally allowed me to advance. Then I reached level 32 crahed, back to level 30. 3 days multiple crashes all back to level 30.Fix the bugs

I wish I could give this game negative stars. the story is bland, the ads are misleading (I figured I could make some choices story wise like romantic choices for characters, but it's all linear), and on top of that drains 3%battery life when closed (phone warned me it was doing it) if you are looking for a game where you actually get to do something as a reward, you dont.You just click one arrow to continue bland story, and match 3. play gardenscapes or something, because at least you can build.

the usual match3 type game BUT a decent storyline, environment, lots of levels of rewards and boosters and the graphics are sweet. Really enjoying it! Beautiful artwork - would be great if we could zoom in and look closely to appreciate more! Kudos to the graphics artists! Oh and please change the music :-! It's Sooo boring!

Initially I really liked this game with its pretty graphics and storyline. Then they introduced a timer. It's not relaxing anymore. I can't take time to look for better moves, which are limited too, because the clock is running. Good for you if you like a competitive matching game. I don't. Customer service said they'd consider making the timer optional. Won't happen soon enough. Sad.

False advertising and immediate paywall. The ads suggest this game has romantic choices, it does not. Also, when playing levels to find an item there is only a CHANCE you'll find the item in question. Meaning the game has you replaying the same levels in hopes that you dump money to recharge your energy to keep trying.

This could be a good game, graphics are great, but I can barely see it on a smartphone, and have to use a magnifying glass to read dialogue and instructions. The little red dragon is creepy, and I hate its voice--a woman's voice pretending to be a child, saying, "Great!" throughout the game until I want to kill it. Gameplay is lovely and fun, but I'm uninstalling since I can't see it well on my phone.

I like the graphics and toughness of the levels, unfortunately, because I won't buy diamonds, I am not able to get anywhere in a hurry. Frustrating and have been tempted to delete several times. I'll keep playing, but if it doens't get better, Trashbin for you.

I just started playing, but so far the game is fun. It's similar to Fishdom and Homescapes, with match 3 interwoven with quests. The graphics, however, aren't quite as good as those games; there's no graphic change in areas as you progress. Overall, 4 stars.

It's fun but....As with many games the play is entertaining and I'd keep play but you have to buy the crystals after you earn them. It makes sense to charge if I want more crystals than I earn. It makes no sense that I can earn crystals while playing but I'll still have to buy the ones I earned to use them. I'm deleting the game with a heavy heart. Loved the graphics and everything.

I absolutely love this game!! Best bang*for*your*buck amongst this type too; where in-app purchases are required for optimal game play. The complexity and options for how you play is a nice relief from other games that force you to make purchases. The graphics, story, variety.....all great stuff!! Thank you Frozen Flowers team!!

lovely graphics,choice of levels and layouts, only downside is the constant pip up of buy this bargain now, I know they are usable items but you are ruining a nicely balanced game because of pop ups popping up,for any reason,a side button with possible bonus items/sets purchasable so option is there,but not in your fave every few minutes...

The story lines are interesting and it keeps me wondering what's next. I had to reinstall the game because it wouldn't load properly after an update. I was worried all my progress would be lost, but it was all saved and I could keep going instead of starting all over again. I am really enjoying playing this game.

Everything was going well in the game until the last (forced) upgrade. Now, when you click on the collections, only the lower left hand of the screen appears. Same with the workshop and also on one other screen. If this is not fixed, i may be forced to uninstall the app.

Ok at the beginning. But then it gets too hard, so it gets boring. And the rainbow always falls in a weird corner, never in the center, so you know it's not random. Also, what's the point of getting to a higher level, if the price to play a round also increases ???
