Frozen Frenzy Mania – Match 3

Overall I like this game. It has good mix of challenge level puzzles. The variety or puzzles keeps you engaged. The only problem I have with the game is that it jumps to the ads when you're In The Middle Of A Move, Very annoying. I have no problem with ads between games or even between lives, but ads inserted between the player making a move and the game completing the move...Rude and Annoying. Seriously people, you need to fix that. Otherwise, it's fun to play. ME

This is a fun game. However, after a while, the ads are ridiculous!!! They even pop up during game play. It takes 15 ads just to OPEN the game! I like the extra moves. Don't mind watching the ads for extra bonuses. Sometimes the game freezes. Sometimes, it says "processing. ..." screen is dim, you can still play, but you are playing blind because the screen never changes, so you're guessing at the moves. THAT'S challenging. Not fun. Add'l 11/17/20: I guess if you complain, they remove all the ads, don't give you any snowflakes or bonuses at all and let you advance totally on your own skills.

the new update is freezing way to often and causing me to lose lives. Everytime i lose a level, i hit try again button, and the level screen comes on but i cannot make any moves. This has happened at least 10 times. i have to restart game, and i lose a life because of it!! PLEASE FIX!!! I love this game! And i will give a higher rating once this glitch is fixed!!

thank you for creating such a great game with Frozen frenzy mania i have been playing for 4 years...but there's one glitch that needs to be fixed recently in the past few months every time I win a level the next level screen gets stuck on loading, freezes and the screen just says processing and it never processes anything it just freezes and I have to start over and I also lose a heart .... this should be addressed immediately. thank you from a loyal player anja

it was a really fun game, until the latest update. Now you have to close out exactly 15 pop ups, just to play. It loads one game, then videos either interrupt the game, or it says "processing" with the game background faded out. Beat a level, the game freezes. Watch a video to earn moves, game freezes. Too frustrating, this latest update ruined the whole game.

The latest update has completely ruined this game for me. the endless stream of ads when you open the app is ridiculous and the lagging between games (due to more ads?) is frustrating - losing my hearts because of it is really annoying. I loved this as my guilty little "time-waster" before the update however it is now just a total waste of my time. I have been playing and enjoying this game for years but if this doesn't improve then I'll be uninstalling it.

I'd give it a 5 star rating except there are too many "featured challenges" - 14! - popping up before you can get to the game itself. The occasional video ad is OK and I accept those as necessary but I think I'm going to get to the point where the popups make it too annoying to keep going. That's too bad, because it's a fun game.

As someone who can struggle to concentrate, the ice cream levels in the game were quite difficult to complete as they kept moving every few seconds, which stopped me from being able to think clearly and clear the levels. As the game got harder, this feature made playing the game almost impossoble which is why I've had to uninstall it.

i absolutely luv this game. Im really good with puzzles & its extremely challenging. plus i havent ran out of boards yet like on other games. Just got updated version & the ads are ridiculous. Plus when I play the challenge board & receive free time the processing of the ad takes so long my free time gets burnt up & I don't get the free time I'm suppose 2.

Awesome game, hard to stop playing sometimes. the best is the challenges each day!! edit- not sure what's going on with this game lately, but when it opens I have 11 options I have to exit out of that ask me to download another game for incentives. I can see 1 or 2, but 11?? otherwise awesome game!

TOO MANY FEATURED ADS...Now previously I rated it 5 stars BUT since the last update it is just annoying just to play. I have to click on the X for EVERY game offer to get them to go away. ALL of the featured games that Storm 8 has to offer are asking me to play them to get gems. I have to go through a minimum of 15 game offers just to play the 1 I'm in. Then on top of that have to watch 2-4 video ads to get extra points even during the middle of the game it will stop to show ads. FIX IT PLEASE!!

Greedy developers!!! Literally 23 ads before game loads. each have to click away. then video ads between each level, win or lose. half the time it freezes and crashes. uninstalling. it never used to be this bad. maybe 6 ads not 20+!

With the latest update have to close out of 14 popups before I can get to the game. Also adds are popping up randomly during the game and freezing the game. Getting so frustrating almost to the point of unistalling and being done with it.

As of yesterday I cannot even get in to play as the ads continuously loop and never stop. I have been playing this game for over 4 years and love it. Whatever you did, undo it or you will lose loyal as well as potential new players very quickly.

I absolutely loved this game played it all the time bought gems and now I have to close out of it every time I complete a level or don't it won't load right I have uninstalled it and downloaded again and lost all my information and had to start over from level one and I was in the mid 100 levels and I use my gems for more moves and it will just drop off and when I go back I lost all progress and gems from it. I'm about done playing it it is getting to frustrating to fool with.

Enjoyable but FULL of ADS! Opening the game, playing the next level, finishing a level, getting more moves = ADS! I also do think that on some levels they limit your moves so that you HAVE to watch the ads to earn moves just to finish the level. Frustrating game.

u can play it offline until the ads pop up. Also the challenges that pop up ( 14 of them) before u can play is ridiculous. The upper levels are so hard u have to play them for days or u have to make a purchase just to get past a level then u are back where u started. This crazy.

I love this game but the beginning of each contest it doesn't add any of my points from any level. The videos are not working, it tells me that I need to close the game. I have cleaned up the cashe and Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I also close all other unnecessary applications. If it is not working properly today than delete I will the game. Well what a shock, the videos do Not work for earning moves, gems or earning snowflakes!! Issues are still not fixed after months of request

the game was fine until I began to experience lag which led to losing lives the game freezes up and makes you hard close to be able to play again where you must click no to 15 different other things in order to play a game that once was fun is now just just giant ad for other terrible games which do the exact same thing

I used to love this game and spent my fair share of real money on this game. However, lately the game freezing after I opt to play further with my bought gems has become too frequent. I notified cust serv of my previous issues, and expected gems added or a credit to my acct BUT.check out the response I received. YOU ARE KIDDING ME! Ads and freezing which cause you to lose progress have made this game unpleasant to deal with. Fix your code and if you need ads devs, make them less intrusive. Even if you make a purchase you are still shown gross amounts of ads Edit Still tons of ads and freezing. Fix the game already devs !!

Used to be a fun game but gets frustrating when it cuts out during play, incessant processing & too many ads. Giving 1 star because it doesn't allow less. The glitches are everytime you play. Uninstalling.

I've been playing this wonderful game for over a year and had updated when it was time, this last time it took forever. I don't want to uninstall it and lose my hard worked progress, I miss playing it. I guess I will have to put it on the back burner again.

After having to continuously having to click through FIFTEEN plus ads and challenges, I uninstalled it. I realize as are part of the scene... but come on, too much is too much.
