Used to love this app...but I have a new phone (Samsung note 10+) & now I'm not able to download or save at all. When I press button to download it just hangs there at the folder selection window not allowing me to successfully choose a folder. Needs update ASAP please! Ps. I've tried with great data speeds and high speed wifi and still same results! 😩

Looks like it is time to move on. FRP does not appear rady to be listed among the top paid services. Poor product design with even worse support; on a Comcast level. Downloading not functioning. just hangs. Useless.

I wish I could give this app.and Franchise Record Pool 0 stars Signed up for their service, never got access to the app even AFTER paying $30 Emailed, Called, Tweet, and Facebook Messages all went unanswered. 0 service, 0 technical support, it's been over 2 weeks without hearing anything back Don't give these people a cent of your money Their crooks

The app is cool but it doesn't work. You cant create a folder and when you download music it doesn't do anything.

Before spins work on windows, I was able to down load songs on my Android phone but now that the update is out my phone no longer will add to a folder. Or save in my downloads, is there a fix coming ? I love FRP,

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE -5 ⭐ I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. The last update for this app was Oct 18, 2019. That should have been my 1st clue. I can't even login & I just purchased this app. I tried to reach out to them by phone & email. I got nothing. Don't waste your time are money with them. There is other DJ Record Pools who actually care about there products & name. FRP is just collecting our money. Don't wanna take my word for it, read the other reviews & SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Doesn't work on Android devices and hast for a long time. Might cancel FRP anyway since I'm almost exclusively on line and the Tidal integration will suffice.

I had the same problem as everyone else. I can't save, download or even make a folder.
