Does not work with new android system. Incompatible. App kept forcing my system to freeze to the point I could not uninstall the app, so had to do a hard reset on phone. Ridiculous, how much they charge fire depts for the software but can't give first responders a decent working app on Android. Last time this app was updated was 2017.

Was working fine, then it would only work with wifi. Then it stopped working completely. I uninstalled it and installed it again and it still doesn't work. When you rely on it you expect it to work. I deleted it completely. Looking back on all the negative reviews, there is not one reply from the company addressing the issue

Recently got Note 10+, was working for about a week now getting glitches and missing info but there is no updates available to fix this. Used to be able to use quick response to show I am enroute now that will not work or if I do the long way to show responding sometimes shows multiple responses from me after 1 response.

Used to be very reliable, now has some issues on newer Android Versions. Has not had any updates for over a year (since August 2017). Still uses Media volume instead of ringer volume for notifications. Only connects and loads info on wifi.

"Running" app on Note 20 ultra with Verizon and app is almost completly useless... Will not alert me to a new run or message no matter what i do... will only update runs/messages if i open app, force close it and re open it. Absolutely crazy how much depts pay for this software for such an important app to be useless and theres no communication from the developers about fixing any of these widespread issues

I downloaded it and it says that newer Android versions need an update to run it but there's no way to update it. Continuously buffers on login screen. Useless unless you have an iPhone.

This app is the worst Fire rescue on the market to slow never updated and can't figure out the difference between towns.

I have it for android does work for the most part. But unless i have wifi i cant use it update- notifications no longer disappear but still cant use the app unless I have wifi 2/27/2020

Please help. I have a Samsung s10 plus phone and my app only works on wifi. How can I get it to work on both cell service and wifi..

After the update it still dont work on Android S10 running UI 2 it only works on wifi.

The app is disconnected and non-functional 90% of the time.

Will not work with Android 9 / PIE. when launched states it and to contact developers

What's up with the ability of down loading this app? is the company still supporting the app?

Interesting app with lots of potential, but needs work on Android. Unless the app is running, it won't stay up to date with current alarms. My biggest gripe is that notification sounds/volume are tied to "media" volume instead of my phone's "ringer" volume. Most other paging apps have used the ring volume. Ring volume is the volume I expect to hear alerts, phone calls, messaging, etc. Open up YouTube or view webpage with a video ad late at night and I'm walking up the entire house because I need the media volume cranked up for this app. Dislike.

Constantly crashing needs reinstall. Please update and fix the problems. Last update was nearly a year ago. Update: I wonder when they will update this to work outside of the wifi.

Does not always update in the background. Will receive multiple alarms hours or days after the time of alarm. Also, for some reason it stores all its data in the root directory on my device, so that I have 10,000 .mrs files cluttering up my root directory. Uninstalled, I'll stick with the pager.

crashes frequently, slow to update run info, creates 100's of files in my phone, needs better coding

Having to reinstall the app to receive all the proper alarm information is terrible
