Everytime I use the app. I have to Uninstall and reinstall every single time. It is very annoying. I was so pissed I tried to order online and my account doesn't exist. Frutta bowl get your website & app synced. It's frustrating to have to uninstall/reinstall every single time just to place an order. When the app works its fine. Phone used is a Galaxy S21 Ultra.
It's sad that some sorry, sad, negative, angry people are the only ones who have rated this app thus far. Out of over 1K downloads, two were incompetent enough to not be able to figure this app out and blame the app. Sad. I have been going to Frutta Bowls in State College PA since March and have racked up quite a few rewards points. ALL my points showed up on the app as soon as I put in my phone number. Great food, and great app! Makes ordering healthy foods a breeze.
Trash. Not only with the app, but with the restaurant as well. Idk if it was a piece of a glove or the wraps from the fruit. All I know it was very unpleasant pulling plastic in my mouth. At least, I know what sea turtles feel.
Waste of time. Let's you get to the end when you are ready to order then won't let you place the order. I have tried many times over the last year and it has worked once.
I was so excited that you guys finally got an app. but it does not give you an option if you already have an account off your website. then when putting my information in it doesn't accumulate the points that I already have.
Ruined the app with new updates made it super difficult to order food used to be easy!!!
points didnt transfer from when they used phone numbers. lost lots of points. it's useless
The app stalls every time I try to place an order. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time in order to place an order.
App doesn't always work, not very good overall.
I think this is bull$%^_ . I had free bowls and becuase there app doesnt work now I lost the points. I spend almost 30-45 dollars 3-4x a week . they know me there and tell me now ooooops sorry dont know what to say.
refuses to work on wifi.
I have to be on 4G in order for the app to work. It NEVER works on wifi. It's very fickle and slow at times. But, when it works, it's pretty good app. Lost my points when uninstalling and reinstalling to try and fix issues, which didn't work.
