FSA TPA Benefits mobile app provides the following functionality:
• Benefit Account balances and details
• Recent transactions and details
• View all email alerts
• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Same username/password as Portal (no need to register your mobile device; just download, login, and go!)
• Stronger authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and challenge questions)
• View Demographic Details
• View Card Details

This is a terrible format. It constantly freezes and kicks me off the app. Change it back to how it was before. This is not user friendly. I would give it negative stars if I could.
This app dosent let you view your payments to whom you are paying. I have to flip flop between pages then i have to fine where i was for comparison. The old app was very user friendly, NOT this app!
Currently not able to submit claims on app anymore first time I have had problems
It's a lot faster than calling for your information! I like how have a phone # text notification option as well!

My First Experience was fine I guess it was pretty easy after watching the tutorial that is in/on the App... I just wish that you could or was able to Order an FSA TPA CARD within the app or they had a file or just a way that you could actually order or get a card for yourself... Then I Believe that it would be much better than it is right now... Okay Well Other Than That I Think It's Fine and Easy To USE...
