All of the possible options for a claim are not listed. Just the "most common". And you have to dig a bit to find that if yours isn't on the list. Well then use other. Getting the Provider name to list is also not intuitive. Good news is it is better than the online version I was using on my phone in which pictures were always too big of a file upload.

Used to be good, now the app does not work and their developer email address is no longer valid. So I can only provide feedback at this point though this review. The app stopped working for my Samsung S9 after the last app update. It crashes almost immediately after opening. It has a box with a spinning wheel stating "loading information" and then it crashes immediately after.

I like the portable version a lot. The only issue I have come across is when it asks if there are additional claims to add as in additional copays for separate visits, it doesn't allow me to enter the dates for those appointments. My receipt documents have been for the calendar year so my copays show up in the same document. After submitting the claim, it looks like I had three visits on the same date. So far, they have been approved inspite of that. I ok with it if there isn't an audit issue.

A frustrating waste of space. This app repeatedly notifies me of account activity and updates days or weeks after I've already read and acknowledged them. On top of this, trying to submit a claim via the app is NOT user friendly. If items/services do not fall under the dozen most common items, it has to be submitted as "OTHER" causing unnecessary delays in processing.

This app would be more useful if we could scan the barcode for items and the app would tell us FSAEligible or not. This app's just meh. I wish it allowed for additional notes. I've had completely legit claims of items clearly listed on FSA's site, with receipts, denied, for no clear reason.Then, I must fill out a paper form, use MSWord to add text and print (app needs note space), and resubmit using snail mail. Our money that we earn & put in, but they deny legit claims and are slow to pay.

Jan 1-mid Feb 2021, app gives error messages when submittimg claims, saying I do not have coverage. The customer service and lack of IT support is the reason for my rating. Multiple calls to FSAFEDS I reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, logged out/back in, still not working. They dont know how to fix and said there is no IT support available. I have to submit each receipt via pc, with multiple extra steps to take photos, send to my email, save to pc, to upload. Very inconvenient!

Fantastic app, quite impressed at the ease of use. Surprised more people haven't commented on it. Not sure who programmed it, but it feels and operates like it was designed with user input, not just a programmer coding away in a basement.

Good App, but room for improvement. It works well on my Note20 so far. Submitting a claim manually is easy. I like the notification options. My only complaint/suggestion at this time is that it should show the FSA account balance (like a check book register) when viewing the list of transactions. I just spent an hour adding up all my claims and reimbursements to make sure everything balances.

Is the only convient way to get both receipts they require in to the claim process. Images of receipts. However, in post submittal review, their notes to you are nearly unreadable as it cannot be zoomed/magnified. Their letter print is too small and the responses are too 'canned' and indirect. Secondly, this App has the problem of not opening the correct receipts with the active claim. It only always just pulls the first one viewed that session over & over. It is quite limited for full reviews.

I like the easy-to-follow workflow and the interface. But I could never get the in-app "take photo of receipt" to work -- the FSAFEDS app always restarted at the login, rather than uploading the just-snapped photo. Eventually I picked the "use existing photo" option, and the workflow using Android file manager to select the file worked fine.

Submitting claims through app is relatively seamless. The times I had to call customer service, was just as effortless. App or customer service, both are user friendly.

Simple to use on a regular basis. So far I've had only one claim rejected for lack of documentation and after consulting their customer service line (the representative was very polite, listened, and was very helpful) it was straightened out. Overall my experience has been entirely positive and I'm quite pleased with the app and service.

The app is easy to use HOWEVER it's a little glitchy in that when you are inputting information using the keyboard it doubles your keystrokes and you have to go back and delete each letter before entering the next letter. Other than that the app is good.

It's great except when's HAVE TO use the browser version, which can be annoying because I never remember my password. Otherwise it's easy to use. I did get confused with the buttons with putting in a claim.

Easy to use and more convenient than using the website to submit claims. App allow taking pictures of receipt which is easier than scanning and importing to the web application, plus I can do it anywhere and not have to wait until I'm back at my computer.

Quite intuitive for a mostly non-computer person. (Me)You won't regret going through the extra few steps for direct deposit as soon as you install it. You should know going in that over the counter purchases should be made at a store that can provide an FSA FRIENDLY receipt. Grocery store checkouts may not provide enough information to approve reimbursement.

Fairly good app, but many claimable items (that you would claim for reimbursement) can be easily found through their website, but here they simply don't show up while making a claim for reimbursement, so you have to use "Other" instead. Good, but frustrating.

Easier to use on my non-Apple cell phone than on my iPad Mini. The Apple App chooses what part of the receipt to use, and does not take my adjustments to borders. This version of the app takes the whole receipt as I took the picture. Harder to get to the list of other expenses.

Fairly easy to use for submitting claims. When submitting for mileage reimbursement, would be better if it gave you the option to enter miles and have the app do the rate calculation for you, rather than having you enter the dollar amount.

The app is missing a lot of features (e.g., editing providers, limited billing categories, etc.). Also, it's simply not worth the time to sit there and fight these people to get your FSA money back. If you calculate the time you spend calling them to fight for a legitimate expense, it's better never to have used FSAFeds. Save the time at the expense of a few dollars. Time cannot be reimbursed.

After it's set up, it's amazingly easy to use. Take pictures of receipts, fill out the form, and in 3-5 days you're reimbursed. You can even pay providers with the app. No going to the provider, standing in line, waiting for receipts; just submit it on the app!

Very easy to use, just log in, complete the steps for your reimbursable expenses and then take a photo of your receipt, it's that simple! Reimbursement is very quick. So much easier than having to complete the pdf form, print it out and then fax with receipts.

It is tough to get basic co-pays approved. :( Takes quite awhile to get paid. They should have a flexible spending card instead of their current system, when life as we knew it co.es back, they should update and modernize their system. :( The 2 out of 5 stars honestly go to the customer service. They are great! I appreciate their understanding. :)

App is relatively easy to use. When it directs me to the website for claims, I do one, then close it out and go back to do the next because it doesn't navigate as well. A little bit of a pain, but then I don't screw it up.

EAZY PEAZY . . . except for . . . The only thing I don't like about this app is that the SWYPE keyboard function does not work at all. Very tedious tapping out one letter at a time when you're dealing with street names and physician names and hospitals. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

I used it for the first time and found it very user friendly!... I never thought this was this simple and kept procrastinating for a long time.I am glad that finally I decided to use it...I hope this app will get better and better and more user friendly . This app saves lots of time given the time spent on paper work completion, arranging the receipts and faxing it over. More over, we don't have to worry about if the faxed paperwork was received by the FSAFEDS dept.or not.

Having the ability to snap a picture of my prescription receipts is so convenient and user friendly. It helps me to remember to submit in a timely manner and not forget where I left the receipt. Thanks to the person and team that created this feature.

Very easy to use. Bad thing is that you cant remove or delete, or replace an entry if you made a mistake like entering an incorrect service date. It gets processed and they consider it a duplicate entry.
