No problems so far. (1 year) convenient fast easy to use. Always know my balance and can transfer money to other accounts and people from my phone
Lacks continuity, inconsistent in how the app should open and operate. Really frustrating to use on a daily basis!
Ugly, clunky, and doesn't work half the time. App won't read fingerprint 99% of the time and now won't even load. Just says "unavailable/busy". This is a BANK APP! Get it together. (And yes I've reinstalled it 6 times, nothing is fixing the problems.)
Wont even let me log in. Invalid username and password. I have confirmed the password and username is correct multiple times Edit: locked my password, forced me to make a new one and then worked. Otherwise better than the original. Still annoying
I constantly have difficulty signing in. Every time I need to see how much money I have, i can't. Whether its "network currently unavailable" or "you need to change your password" it's always something. I just tried to log in and first, it sent me a text to verify my identity, then it wanted my phone number? Idk why since it had just sent me a text but I was just like "okay" and put my phone number in and it says "sorry, this number Is already enrolled." YEAH ITS MY NUMBER IM TRYING TO LOG IN.

I'm having to call the bank a lot because they close my access. Also I'm not able to use fingerprint scan or facial recognition. Have to type in a password every time.
Better than before, but I always have trouble signing in. And constantly I can't log in because it says the app is unavailable and I have to reinstall it time and time again
Keeps changing with updates, just when you figure it. Had alot of issues after the last update due to a software glitch.
Please remove the zelle app from your app or fix it so it works. I've tried getting money from people who sent w zelle, and 17 times, 17 days cannot complete your request at this time. FIX ZELLE update: the bank reached out and said to register online using my social security number, but can't do that without having an account number, so im in the same place.
Doesn't work most of the time. Can't log in. Server is busy or just not responding. And, now it's asking me to update app. Won't update or open.
Been trying to log on for 2 days, all it says is it's not available. Give me the old one, it at least worked. It still isn't working, give us a break, geeze
Initially was working for me, but not anymore. Says "data network is busy" at startup. It has continually said that for about 2 months.
Doesn't work for long Either doesn't like my login and always locks me out or works for a day or two then goes to white screen or errors out its super frustrating 😤
It's pretty decent but the thing that gets it 3 stars is it constantly requires me to re input my password even when I have touch ID on.
I very much appreciate that an app is available but only give it 3 stars since I routinely experience sign in challenges.
I have to keep uninstallig and re-installing the APP. I use a passcode and maybe that is why. I will try without using a passcode.
Can't even download the app. I am worn out wth trying to work it out. I have loved this bank ffgor years! But may need a switch. So sad.
This is a major help, having access to my accounts and able to keep on top of financial choices
Great app. They have zelle now. It's come a long way.
This app has been a frequent source of aggravation - temperamental and unreliable.
Easy to use and see my accounts and balances on other accounts elsewhere. Easy to pay bill and transfer funds.

Biometrics not used for all actions once logged in. If you can't trust biometrics then don't use biometrics.
If this was my first bank doing online banking i would never do it again. So hard to use, so many annoying security measures. Really not user friendly. I feel for people that are not computer/ app literate because this one is a struggle.
