App does not work on Samsung galaxy note 9
Update: App has been fixed and works great. The only thing the app needs now is mobile check deposits and it would be perfect. This app usually works fine. Ever since the update, including Zelle, my payment options never load. I continuously have to clear my cache and data to login from scratch. I'm able to use it once and then the payment options won't load again. Huge inconvenience. Please fix.
App and website always to seem to have log in issues. Multiple times I have needed to access my account and I can't log in. Doesn't work more often than it does. It's a fine app on the rare occasion there aren't technical difficulties.
Please update this horrible app.. I unlock my phone 25 minutes prior to ATM withdrawal,can't withdraw money it shows phone is still locked!!! my phone number is entered for the alert's, phone number is bumped off can't enter my number it says" problem as occurred" fix this app please again!!!!!!, this is the second occurrence since account was open a short while ago..
The app could be more user friendly. Its very simple and basic but sometimes it's slow and doesn't show everything. So i have to continue to restart the application
Update your Ap. Just got new phone and ap won't open. Phone number to call for account balance doesn't work either. It may be time to move my money. Thanks FSB it's been a not so great 2 of the last 29 years.
Cool features. I enjoy the app. Fingerprint unlock option, instantly see balances of all your accounts. And transfer money to them instantly free. Move it around
I love it just hate when i get locked out and have to wait til the bank is open the next day if its late. I do wish i could also send money to someone from the app. I work at the same hours as they do but i do love this bank they have caught quickly 2 times when my account has been compromised.

This app is horrible! Too slow and when you click to see transactions all it does is keeps thinking. About as slow as the ATM!
Worst app ever never works. Worse than ever most of the time doesn't read fingerprint correctly. Needs lots of work. Considering leaving this bank because of this app.
I could have made a better app, and I don't code. Switching banks because my card is locked out at least once a month because of "suspicious activity". When I call to ask what the activity is, it's the same gas station, restaurant, store, same everything I go to every week. Why lock my card out for a transaction I make EVERY WEEK?
App or server always has issues. When it is up it works but if you are needing access to your account dont count on it.
Awful bank. Most of the tellers don't know how to do their job. The app is clunky. The bank is still stuck in the 1990s. Can't take a picture to cash a check in. I'm switching banks. FSB of Hegewisch has been nothing but awful.
Sometimes the app just shut down after I open it. This is frustrating because I need to look at me account. Please 🥺
It is a great app when it works. But I feel everytime I use it it locks me out saying that I didn't log out properly.

The app is horrible..constantly tells me service is not available..cant get to MY money when I need it. Which isnt aleays during business hours .

App is completely trash and useless. I work in the tech industry as Founder & CEO of my own startup and idfk what the hell is happening over there at that bank. I'd switch if there was another useful bank that was nearby lmao
