App quit working. Called and talked to account services. Was told the app is probably no longer compatible with my phone. It was great for the last year or so but suddenly quit working. Tough luck
I always have problems logging in after updates!!
Crashed and locks me out and I check for updates often
Nobody bothered to check how this actually looks on a mobile screen. All too often, the buttons are all but hidden and you have to guess which means what, then click on the very top of the button. Then there's the fun of finding that a deposit was rejected for who knows what reason... Piece of garbage.
Issue after issue with this app. Sometimes I can't log on because it says my log in info is incorrect. Now when I open the app, it says I must update it to proceed and had a link to the update in the app store. When it takes you to the app in the app store, there is no update available!! Cant use app at all. Get yalls 💩 together!!
Constant issues with app not working. Irritating when out of town and can not access 😒 UPDATE: 6 months later, app is no better, still works only intermittently eventhough bank knows about this!
This new app is a great improvement over the old fsb app. I really like the ability to make deposits via mobile and not having to mail them in. All the new changes together allows me to keep banking as usual even though I dont live close to a branch anymore. A++
Constantly crashing and out of order for days/weeks at a time. Have to call and reset my password every time the app goes down
I am working to learn to easily use app especially for deposits. New experience for sure. After tellers walking me through via phone for the tedious part of setting up the process, seems to be working now as I am using it at home late in the evening by myself. Certainly a great deal! Very friendly folks at FSBU ! THANKS ! PS I am 75 yrs of age so am a.pencil pusher and tech challenged yet I am getting the hang of it!
FSB app not working on Android 11. It has worked great on older phones but on this newer phone the app will not open up. Hoping FSB can get this figured out soon.
Its a good app. I enjoy the convenience of it. Today I pulled it up and it stated update required. It would not let me update. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. It still states update needed but it wont update. Grrr.
This app stopped working without warning 1 week ago. No updates available for it. I need to be able to check on my account over the phone but it suddenly stopped working.
I've only been a client and app user since February, but my experiences with the app AND the bank keep getting worse as time goes by. I'm sure I'll be using a different bank really soon.
Don't like the fact that I have to enter security question answers twice for each one to get logged in but since I have no choice I will have deal with until it changes or I find a new bank.
The A hole who put this together needs to be taken behind the bank and flogged... Stop trying to fix things that are not broken . Now it says to update your app but when I go to update it there is no update you should fire whoever did this they're not very good at their job
Terrible App. Comstantly messing up since it was launched. Can no longer access my accound information. Old app was much better with no problems. Do No download this app it is a waste of time.
It Was a great app until the update rolled around. Google play wont allow me to update, and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didnt work either.
My app used to work fine,now all of a sudden it does not work at all,its not my phone as all the other apps work fine
It's asking me to update so I can open inside but I cannot see the option to update it. Only options available are open or uninstall.
Only works on my old phone.. new phone app won't open up and it's not my phone..was working then one day just stopped.
Opened the app, it said there was an update and directed me to the store, which did NOT have the update, so i can't access my account information
I cannot access the stupid app!!! It keeps telling me to update it! There is no freaking update available!!!!!!!! It says the last update was March 11!!!

It is a good thing for me to have and i can keep a close eye on my account and what kind of balance i have at all the time.
Every since we got this new app I haven't been able to get on that much i have keep them up . Now it wants to update it and it want do it. Can't see what my balance is
Love the new instant balance feature! Making interal transfers are super easy!

It's always saying that its unavailable & then later it let's me in smh and now it won't let me update or login! Its annoying
Good app just hope in future updates they add a way to deactivate card if lost or stolen overall love this app.
Everytime the app needs an update, there is no option to update. Why do they want permission for access for camera, contacts, and everything else. They could put a running tally on The app so you can see how your account fluctuates overtime, and a search to look for specific actions.
