Since the update, this app is unless!! Just go to the atm. It's a shame. I use this app alot for my savings but it's not worth it, it lags, won't load. When it updated, it also lost all my login info along with it! How dumb is that. Better off going to the bank yourself.
Updated app is garbage! Crashes when trying to deposit checks via mobile almost every time.. This week it took me an hour to deposit 3 checks. I could have drove the 25 miles to my bank in the same amount of time with much less frustration. Two thumbs way down 👎 👎
What a sorry app. Can't even deposit checks with it. Always closing, then when you go to the bank to deposit the check the app, won't they give you a hard time because you endorsed the back mobile deposit only like the demand you do
The app is pretty outdated. It seems like every other thing I try to do there's some kind of error. I cant sign up for text alerts when I use my card, I cant pay a bill from the app. It's really frustrating. The app seriously needs an update. A huge one. ~Edit~ Time goes on and things have only gotten worse. Currently, it has locked me out because it wont accept my fingerprint or password. I am absolutely livid and regret getting a card with this bank.
Keep trying to login to the app, but it keeps taking me to the set up password recovery page to update the information. The information is accurate, but every time I hit the continue button, it keeps refreshing the same page. I guess that I'll have to do a password reset when I get home and have access to all my information. I don't keep that stuff memorised.
Wow! Worst banking experiance i've had! These guys had me set up my username and email! Then have me log into an account of mine with a different account number of mine instead of the user ID they had me set up with my email! I originally started an account with these guys in 2013 ending in 9903 and they still haven't allowed me to access my original account! And when i started a new one in April 2021 they gave me an account of mine that has been with the bank since 2016! And Nortons approving??
I like the app it use to work really good but here lately it doesn't show the right balance when I use the quick access button to show my balance. It has never changed for almost 2wks. I re-download it and everything but nothing has helped! Not happy 😒
the app works fine most of the time like checking balances but I was trying to deposit my check and the app won't save pictures of the check. It just kept resetting the page after every time I took a picture. I don't live near FSCB anymore so this is very inconvenient.
I've had this app for two years. It constantly makes me change my password because apparently the password I've been using for months is suddenly incorrect. You try to reset your password and it takes forever to be sent the email to reset it, and even then it's hit or miss if you actually get to reset your password. This isn't funny. I'm not amused.
App used to work very well.. I was able to deposits checks with the app .. now I cant... I put in the amount.. and take a pic and then it doesn't save it.. u just keep repeating the process.. not sure why it stop saving the photo info to move forward with the process but it 8s very annoying
This app used to work smoothly for me. Since 2016 I've loved it, however, about 4 months ago the app no longer allowed me to mobile deposit after upgrading from the S10+ to the S20 Note. As soon as I snap a photo of my check it disappears. I've called many times and been stuck on the phone for extended periods of time with a teller trying to reset permissions. Nothing works and they just apologize.
Horrible every time I try to get on, it says error, and kicks me out. If I'm able to get in I cant do anything on it, because its always an error issue. It needs a serious update or something because this is irritating.
I use this bank from back home but live several states away from the nearest branch. I depend on the app for a lot of things. The last several times I have tried using mobile check deposit, it freezes up and will not allow the images to be attached. Therefore, I am physically unable to deposit checks in to my account.
This app is full of ui bugs. Icons get stuck in the middle of the screen to block user name. The mobile deposit looks sloppy and is very poorly made. Overall making me want to switch banks, it's that bad.
The app works fine for the most part but I'm unable to deposit my check after swapping to a one plus 7 pro. The pictures of my checks won't actually save in the app to deposit.
It just wont work , this is my first time having a bank account and as soon as I went to choose my image for my account it stopped working all together. Even if I deleted it then downloaded it again.
Works exactly as it should.... Functionality is smooth and simple Easy to use, Easy to understand, Easy to navigate ,and easy on the budget , .....Easy to say ...."Pert near perfect !! !Great job guys .....! Thank you!
I have been with this bank since 2011 or so, the website and the app are both junk and the app having ads, wial being so bad makes this whole situation a joke. Currently trying to find a credit union to join.
Rotten. Reinstalled using Chrome. Still cannot log in. Every other app works. What the heck is going on with it? I can see why everyone hates the app--it doesn't work! Fix this freaking thing--it stinks!
It's hard to use on an android. I can't find where I can take a pic of my check for deposit also, I can't go to the bank and have someone show me how. I can talk to someone on the phone, not the same. Needless to say I'm frustrated with this app.
What ever maintenance was done to the app is showing inaccurate information which ain't very good. Hope to see this fixed very soon.
Update your freaking app! I shouldn't have to sign in 45 times just to see my transactions. I'm about to switch to US Bank if this app is not fixed.
This app worked great for years. Now it cannot connect to the server. Is the server down? Or has it's address changed?
Mobile deposits are not working with our gPlay phones. Can not remember the number to log in & have to dig through files to find it - why can't we have a username?
General Error not letting me log in. Can honestly say I've never had this issue with any other banking app.
Won't work with the last 2 updates. I have 2 Galaxy s8 phones and both are having issues with the app now. The app crashes every time I try to take a picture of a check that I am trying to deposit. The closest FSCB Bank is 90 miles from me, if this doesn't start working soon, I will have to switch to another bank. I have been using this app for depositing checks for at least 2 years.
