It was a great app until this update took place a few days ago. I can no longer get into my account. Giving me a "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device & try again" error message. I have rebooted several times, uninstalled the app & still can't get in. This is definately not good for me. I need mobile access to my funds.🤔😕ðŸ˜
There is constantly some type of issue with the application....from no Wi fi... when I know it is available. Also, issues with just trying to open the open to much and very frustrating. Plus somel of the customer care people are not very friendly. So I really hate calling because I may curse someone completely out!!!
Never able to lig in. Reset password 4 times after each attempt, receive message requesting to uninstall and reinstall app. Have reinstalled 4 times. Still no success. Will go to branch to resolve, otherwise will close account.
Makes you log back in if you navigate away from the app even for 1 second- extremely frustrating. They had a new app that addressed this issue BUT THEY DISABLED IT. WHY?!?!
Great app and The Best Damn Customer Service you could ever hope for. Definitely the best Credit Union in Houston as far as the complaints about this and that not working on mobile app, its not an issue with bugs within the app itself or system. app worked for 3 days then it stopped can't log in. uninstalled app reinstall it keeps spinning and never goes any further then its after about a minute spinning to try back layer. WTH??
They use to have a simple app that worked perfectly now this new app that fscu forced me to add it is nothing but problems I can't get into my account or get my balance, check my paycheck or nothing they need to reapply the old app it was much better this one is difficult 😔 and not liked at all will be calling them tomorrow.
Worked great till Android pushed out Android 9. Now this app will not work. I think the developers need to make adjustments to it for it to work on the new version of Android 9.0
Keep getting kicked off. Very inconvenient and you have to call the bank to reset, if they are even there.

App works well. I haven't had any issues. Everything runs smooth and is self explanatory.
Everytime I login I get 10 notifications that I have signed in and it's very frustrating and annoying.

Terrible when you attempt to use mobile deposits. I have tried many times to take pictures of checks and they are very clear but it comes back failed. I use Quicken to download transactions but just plain raggedy! I don't even try any more. They should learn from Chase Bank in polishing their online banking!
