App is not bad, just need to change ability to add photos during job, and allow photos taken in app to be stored on phone. App did not load before photos properly, now I have no before photos to reload.... Also, always get an error message when checking out. Still its much better then vixxos mobile site..
Junk does not work ever always gives errors, can sign in and that is it. Doesn't show and work orders or anything for that fact needs to be reworked so if is fast and simple to use and made so it does work.
This is absolutely the most horrible app I've ever used . Can never sign and navigating the app is ludicrous . whatever fools designed this need to get out of the biz.
The app is hard to navigate and doesn't work well, the desk top program is just as bad

Complete garbage, kicks you out of work orders if you can pull them up at all, ya'll wonder why you're losing vendors? i literally have to set aside 20 minutes on a yard that takes less than 30 to mow in order to go thru this app. Everyone on my crew gets so frustrated when we're done with a job and we have to wait on site for this dumpster fire to load so we can leave. Get out of the office and use this thing, you will see what I'm talking about. I'm using an s8+ so i know it's not the phone's problem, this thing has been the bane of my existence since i downloaded it.
Not able to sign in. Maybe because its new? Will try agaim tomorrow
With the latest update, I am not able to take before and after pictures while checked into a work order. When I click camera, it says "please wait" and will not continue unless you close the app and reopen it. I have to complete the work order and upload pics from my camera roll, which have horrible quality once uploaded. I have tried multiple devices (Pixel 6, OnePlus & S21) and it still won't launch the camera within the app.
