I love FSNB, I like the app fine, but it updates too often, and every time it does I'm stuck until I can get somewhere to do the whole uninstall/reinstall thing which usually ends up being all day because I'm a truck driver. it also doesnt tell you why it's not letting you log in, it just says connectivity try again later, which drags things out further. It's easy to see why people are so frustrated with the app.
What happened? Since I updated the app I've been having problems, right now for instance it shows that the transaction has processed, but then it shows the same transaction is still pending at the same time, this does not help when trying to balance your account at all, because this is putting me in the red. Also the time it is taking to process pending transactions has seemed to double. Please fix this issue, because before the update this the app worked just fine.
Since the update I have connectivity issues. This app went from very easy to use to not even being able to open it. It's a piece of trash now. I've gone back to just using the IVR system and calling to check on my account or just driving to a ATM.
Honestly I wish the app had better user controlled features like more layouts, or that the user can file a billing dispute (instead of only fraud claims), and it would be cool if the users could create additional accounts from their phones instead of going to local branch. All in all though this banking app does everything that I need it to do with relatively quick updates to account and balance.
Since the most recent update, I am no longer able to access mobile banking using the app. It says "connecting" for as long as I let it stay that way or until my phone times out. I have completely removed and reinstalled the app with no luck. I have no problem accessing online banking via a web browser.
Even on a gig speed fiber connection it won't load reliability and says my connection is slow. Who ever designed this app is obviously the one on the slow side!! Getting ready to change banks! Reliability is everything folks...
The app is usually pretty good and has everything I need but lately the server has been down alot and I can't log in to app or log in online when this happens. It seems like it always happens when I really need to get in. Also, bc I'm a small business owner, I would love to be able to make cash deposits at the ATM machine after hours.
The app was good now its HORRIBLE. It takes 5-10 tries to get on my mobile banking. It always says loading and never loads. I've tried closing the app and restarting but it still don't work. I would hate to be somewhere shopping trying to be sure I can cover my expenses and can't get into the system. Please FIX THIS
Since the recent update, I've had connectivity issues. It constantly says my connection is slow and continues to retry, until it times out. This happens while I have all my service bars so I feel as though it's not my connection.
I've never had a problem with this bank and so convenient to use. Fortunately it's located at the Walmart that I shop at so only 1 stop to shop and bank. Easy to transfer money from my account from another state to this one and NO FEES. I'm not understanding other people's problems with them being greedy. If you are incurring fees you must be falling below the amount needed in your account to maintain a fee free account. Always friendly and helpful when I need help.
They continue to just ignore the fact the app has issues. Before this last update I was able to mobile deposit my checks just fine. Now? Every time I try it doesn't read my check at all. And sending a question to the help desk just prompts them to say to send pictures of my check. No. I don't think so. If I am paying for this service it should work.
Since the last 2 updates. I cannot get the app to open. It loads and loads and loads until my phone shuts it's self off from inactivity. It used to work great. But, it only opens mabey 1 out of 5 tries. Please fix this!
Previously, the app was perfect!!! Since the recent updates, the app is harder to access. Slower to open, receive "server errors" ALOT!!! Makes me a bit uneasy to use it now.
It is a good bank, easy app, wish we could deposit checks thru atm or via the app. they do nickel and dime with fees like crazy not too sure on that on. Very friendly employees whether on the phone or in person.
the last update has made this app garbage for android users. it will not connect and all they keep trying to do from fsnb is tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app. (doesnt fix the problem) the app is just garbage. ill switch banks.
Pretty good app, not as advanced as other banks but its decent. The bank I was with before Fifth Third bank was very technically advanced has a feature that is cardless atm for the atm at the branch. Also they have fingerprint sensor or face recognition for login which this app doesnt. So FSNB could definitely take some pointers from other bank
Why in the hell does this update not work? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Everything about this bank is shady. I do not have this problem at Capital One bank. This app actually worked before the update. Try making sure your app works before pushing it out on your customers.
Horrible, have been unable to access my account for over two weeks. No communication as to why and they have done nothing to fix it. The app just times out every time I enter my password. Poor customer service would be a gross understatement.
Why isn't there a feature for if you forget your username?? I use the biometric security so I wasn't using my username. When the app started glitches I had to uninstall and reinstall the app so it lost all of that information. I rather set a new username that I will remember just in case I ever have to uninstall it again. Also the update should automatically be done through Google play.
Ever since the updates of last year till now, always have some kind of problem, whether it decides all of a sudden that the app is a unregistered browser, or I have to reauthorize my bio , or it just decides to lock me out and I have to go to a branch office to unlock it.....nice going guys....great job at making banking harder for everyone.
This app hasn't opened in over a week. If I can't do my banking online then I will close my account and go to another bank. FIX YOUR APP!! I do not like I can't check my balance or anything. If I go in the negative because I can't check my balance I'm going to be pissed. I went to an atm and it is saying a lower balance than what I should have. I want to be able to actually look amy transactions. Who knows if someone has robbed my account, I can't see it!! Fix this issue!!!
Does not work. I have been trying to log in my account for over a month now and have to use my mobile browser because you can no longer log on through this app. It says network connectivity error. over and over
This app keeps messing up my login. I use my fingerprint to login to all of my accounts. More times than not the stupid app always gives me an error and won't log me in. It isn't my phone or fingerprint, it works great for all my other accounts.
For the past few months I have experienced a very long wait. The wait is so long that the app never loads. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have the latest version of the app installed or is their another FSNB app.
Can't download the new app. Can't log on using the old app. WTH?? Update, finally was able to download the new app but now can't log on 50% of the time. Please fix your app! I never had any trouble over the 3 years I used the old app, it worked fine and did everything I needed.
After waiting over an hour to talk live to a bank rep. Then connected to an IT person. They swore the app was working fine. Obviously I informed them otherwise. After insinuating that the problem had everything to do with myself from being both of my laptops, both of my cell phones. Then I FINALLY convinced them to ck reviews on app? They had NO clue of ALL the BAD reviews ! When they saw by having me log in through bank website I was successful! They FINALLY conceded to self blame of the issue
the app works okay, when it works, but im kinda disappointed that the green numbers for positive transactions have went away. i liked being able to scroll through and easily see where my paycheck is. makes things easier especially when i have multiple transactions for the same item because of debits and credits for the same transaction. helps determine if im being double charged or if its all evened out. the color coding may have been something super simple, maybe not everyone liked it but i did.
