My first time making an internal transfer in the app, an easy way to pay your car payment. So easy to use.
The app has been updated to work on Galaxy S22 Ultra and is now running well. Thank you for making mobile deposits possible again!
There is something wrong with the app. I have taken 10 pictures of a check to deposit (I know how to do it) and the app says try again. My images are clear, all 4 corners are visible. I have already written on the check "for mobile deposit only". So I called the help center. I was trying to use a white check on a white background. Christie suggested I try a colored background to provide contrast. That worked. If it happens to you, change your background. Yay!!
This app used to be mediocre, but tolerable. However, as Android has continued to receive updates, this app has not. As of time of this writing, it's been over 2 years since last update, which is abysmal. Besides the fact that that it's likely a security issue, it's become completely non functional on my device running Android 9. If a financial institution is going to try and play with modern mobile devices, they need to make more than minimal effort to do so. Having an app that performs this poorly is just embarrassing and shouldn't even be available for download.
The app works for basic transfers and reviewing. However, the main account landing page shows various accounts that cannot be viewed in detail or accessed. I have edited them out of view and save, but they reappear each time I log in. Can this be fixed so that my saved preferences are preserved?
The old app was much more detailed and informative. This app is always down or more difficult to log into. Never saves my finger print properly as stated or still makes me put in password despite adjusting this setting numerous times. The balance also does not show decrease or increase like the old app and lacks much of the details.
This mobile app by far is one of the best - and I don't just mean in financial apps but in all kinds of apps. It has had zero glitches for me between very old phones, tablets, pcs and even the very latest. The security steps are phenominal and it just works ALL OF THE TIME. If I had a wish - it would be for mobile deposits to be added. And last thing ... I'm a pretty critical customer - just Ask Grant Ab... at the credit union .. he knows. And this APP? Beats all of them I've ever used!
this app is getting ridiculous. every few days it tells me it can't verify my account info. I've had this same account for several years now. it asks me security questions i don't remember setting up, it won't accept my login information. im getting ready to change banks. i can't even login online now.
Overall its ok, but not great. It has a ton of connectivity issues where I am, granted I moved away it is just SUPER frustrating when I can't access my account because the app and website are having problems.
I can only hope that the app and credit union get better. Because for the last few years I have really tried to find ways not to put myself in a position to depend things to go as planned. Late posting on cash deposits. Like e days, mix up with accounts etc.
App stopped functioning in Android 12
Just got acct here last Dec. So far havent had access to funds availability. Calls directly to them require a minimum of 15 minute hold time if youre lucky. (I'm not) Downloaded the app, created acct- app crashed. Uninstalled, re-installed from different link, rinse, repeat, 3 times. Cannot login directly to website to access my acct. Cannot do text direct banking because its not set up yet cause i cant log in to my acct. This is assinine! Getting new credit union next week.
Doesn't work on the S22 Ultra. Like at all. Just a white screen with the logo in the middle. I've trying Uninstalling, clearing the cache, everything
When I am outside the country I cannot use the website (geo-locked) to do finances. I hoped to use the app, but the credit card transactions are unlabeled, so I don't know what each charge is for. Fix this and I will update to 5 stars.
Doesn't matter what kind of phone I have it doesn't work right
I lost functionality. I can no longer see the balances in all my accounts...only in my primary account. Love the fingerprint login! But it is cumbersome when you manage more than one account.
So far, this app allows more functionality and ease of use. All of my accounts are easy to access, view, and manipulate. Credit score and refinancing advice are nice additions.
When will FSU Credit Union become affiliated with Zelle? Sn: the app is pretty rudimentary.
I am enjoying the app so far! Fairly straightforward and intuitive. I just hope they add the ability to deposit checks by taking a picture in the future.
Do not know how fsucu thinks this is better than the other app. No mobile deposit, crashes often, loses its usage memory... is the Apple version this bad... or are they just trying to force us to use the offices...
The app removed my login information and I re-entered and still no luck. It also needs to show "PENDING" transactions that have been approved.
Overall ok, but redirected me at the end of a funds transfer to provide feedback, so here it is: don't do that. Overall, 3.5 stars. Pushy marketing, 1 star.
App always crashes, customer services never aware, makes you feel your money is not secure, no perks with bank. I have moved to another credit union today just fed up.
When I first started using the app, I asked why there isn't a new balance posted with each transaction. I was told it was coming soon. That was years ago. Why wouldn't it look like a check book register?
Seldom works, never without a struggle. Endless updates requiring endless download time.
Crashes all the time will randomly lose my bio and passwords. Easier just to go to the actual bank most times.
Overall good app. Fairly easy to use. Wish I could use my finger print to authorize transfers.
Review updated in 3/31/2022: Still not up to par. Now I can't even get this app to work consistently for a few months. Always a glitch or login issue. Time to go. Sorry, but this is so inconvenient for online banking. 3/2/20: It has not been user friendly since my membership and now the deposit check option says a 2 day wait AFTER you do the deposit, not before. This is still not up to par with your competition.
