With the amendment of The Rule 50 of CMVR by The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the implementation of High Security Registration Plates in various States came into effect. FTA HSRP Solutions Private Limited was thus formed and started commercial operations in the State of Gujarat on the 16th of November 2012. FTA thus works in the capacity of a manufacturer working as per the strict guidelines set by the Ministry of Road Transportation and Highways. Seeking Online appointment is mandatory for fitment of High Security Registration Plates on the vehicle of any customers. Customers can choose time slot and date as per their convenience and availability. This appointment ensures efficient service in optimal time by our dedicated team and reduces waiting for customers at the RTO.

It is very complicated and lack of information and showing error when we tried to take appointment showing error even we upload documents properly. All task are very complicated and very time consuming and confusing. I am very disappointed with customer service and not any reply from them via email or phone. Customer care number 24 hours busy. Government should ban or warn them to make platform easy to use. I am very unsatisfied with HSRP app. I will give them 0 star rating
Worst Application. Every time I try to upload documents it gets closed automatically. It works fine for dealers who charges us for filling the form.
Not useful. Stopped when i click upload after capturing all 3 photos. documents are not uploading.
Poor app , after starting it display mesaage to fill out form . But there is no form shown to enter data
Worst application for documentation... Can't capture photos after RC Book... No back option nothing is good.... Application is only made for paper work and for prpgress report of RTO..
Third class app. App cant capture docs photo, everytime app is stopped. And does nothing. Not capturing rc photo.

No facility provided for editing... If Engine number and Chassis number wrongly entered, we can't change afterly....

I have tried downloading the app several times but it doesn't openly up. It gets stuck in the homepage. Definitely a problem which should be fixed considering the fine/penalties which they are imposing
