Worstest service i can give -10 stars !! I applied for a loan and itz been disbursed since a week n they haven't even credited to account and name by anuprakash manager in mg road worstest service from her !! If we call she won't pick the call n speaking roughly !! Very worst everytime we call her answer will be changed one time technical error other time she will tell month end sunday Monday!! Ft cash are not on there commitment to the customer !! Worst
Please calculate rate of interst before taking loan... Its too much higher than what they offer 2nd experience-they don't have any coordination with their lenders I have applied for loan in ftcash and flexiloan was lender even I preclosed my loan there is no closure letter from them no support now they deducted money from my 2nd disbursement even after i closed my 1st loan...I would suggest go for other finance companies.
Good Experience with Ftcash specially the sale executive provide quick and nice service. They were also Helpful, friendly as well as professional to me.

The merchant forwards me with a pid - which is neither working on the website, neither asking for a pid from the merchant on mobile app. Seems like a fraud - not even a basic functionality against making payment against a bill / purchase id is supported.

Concept is good at the same time repayment is also convenient on daily basis EMI But the rate of interest is too high and procedure and process is very lengthy and slow Even after agreement payment do not deposite in my account

Worst service! Lots of documentation . Delay in loan processing . Lots of technical errors. Collection department dont have updates regarding you payments and harasses you even after paying the amount. Every time a new person calls you and ask you for the details because it does not gets updated in their system.
