Terrible! Completely unusable! I already have an account and apparently that is not enough and I must make another one. Try doing that and it says I already have an account. Useless app! Don't bother with it. Use tge regular website.
Is this actually an app for FTD? I have an account with FTD, but I don't have the info required to even log in to this app. You can tell this was developed by Indian developers. Plus based on review dates not many people are using it. But their mobile site is so horrible that i though I'd see if there was an app. FTD should really just quit. My account expires in March and I'm going to switch to 800 Flowers.
It works for me no crashes able to get directions and photo get signatures and confirm deliveries on the spot,
This is an app for delivery, therefore using two fingers to move the map side to side is absurd. Half the time it is zooming and goes to the wrong spot because two fingers don't always stay together. Since you are using Google Maps, can you put a link that automatically transfers your route to Google? That would be amazing!
POS Won't update, always crashes. If you force close the app right after confirming it doesn't mark the deliveries as delivered and it doesn't even do that when you wait for it half the time. Always have to go down the list at the end of the day and recheck. I might start waiting until I get home to mark any of the names because it's a waste of time to do it on the road
It used to have a menu and they disappeared and I can't seem to find it and there's no way to contact support

This app I use to use daily now it needs a big update so it will stay current for busy shops like ours.
Wish you could call the phone# or use gps from the delivery screen
When the application runs correctly it does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, it crashes very frequently and makes you re-input all of your login credentials most of the time. I think with a few bug fixes this would easily 5 star no doubter....might just take some time.
Makes delivery confirmations timely
I have HAD like 4 or 5 delivery jobs. This app is by far the worst you can't click the customer's phone number you can't click the address every time you try to end a delivery you have to click it again once you sign and take the picture to say delivered. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Is solo written in any employer who's using this app is costing themselves money
