Switched to this app since supr daily stopped in our city. But this app is a nightmare. No option for monthly subscription but I guess that's a good thing since they could not deliver milk packets, a very basic essential, saying short supply. Am going to cancel my subscription. No easy refund option too. Can't even bear to watch their ads anymore. Don't take up something you can't deliver.
Pathetic Customer Service. I switched to this app post Supr Daily closed their operations in the city. The app is very poorly designed. Doesn't allow monthly subscription, it takes 3 days advance payment and if there is excess balance in wallet the subscription stays active with deliveries. The wallet recharge is very slow, post the amount deduction from source it takes approximately 40 mins to reflect the credit in wallet. Happened for all the recharge done till date with various methods.
Update: App and prices are ok but delivery is happening at 8am or later. Even in winter they used to deliver before 7 but now it is turning worse. Cust supp is always challenge, need to send mail with images and after 1 or 2 days they act on it. Revised the rating based on the service in recent months. Initially it was frustrating with many items not delivered. Its improving but need quick response on complaints.. still the email followup is needed for some cases.
I just started with app. It seems horrible. They promise to deliver milk between 5 am to 7 am. No such promise has been fulfilled. There are issues with app as well. One may not able to return or change the item once selected. Customer care support is horrible. Its been a mistake to avail FTH Daily service. Finally they have canceled my order due to non availability of product. The worst ever experience. I am also going to uninstall this horrible app.
Worst support experience I have every seen. There is no coordination between the distributor and App. I didn't get the delivery for 2 days and the app is still showing that the products are delivered. I have reported the issue using the app; but even after 5 days there is no action taken. WORST EXPERIENCE. COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY and TIME.
Its a nightmare. Didn't get a single order in 15 days (daily subscription for milk) and everytime the app will show product delivered and the money will get deducted. Customer care is waste as no one will pick the call even if you keep the phone on hold for full day. No option to get the refund of the money also which you will deposit in the wallet. Only thing you can do is to see your money draining out every day for the orders which you will never get.

Out of the 7 deliveries I have had till now they have delivered wrong items 3 times. 2 times the app says delivery is done but the product was not delivered. And the best thing is the support, if u raise a support ticket the app errors out.
Love the app, the service is really good and reliable. Product variety could be improved as well as the user friendliness of the app. But overall great prices, good quality things. Customer service is absolutely nightmarish. Waited 18mins to connect with an agent, still no one picked up. I received one fruit less, had 1 coconut fully spoiled and was supposed to get 10% cashback through payment from ola money, None of them have been resolved Very very dissatisfied
From past one week facing issue with every single delivery. Either order is not delivered or it gets delivered after 8:30 am. Even though order is not delivered. App shows that it is delivered. Worst customer service. I never got connected to support phone number. It keep says busy. Better to switch different vendor.
Poor service Had to switch to this as super daily has stopped services. The app is fine however the service needs revision. We can see on the app that our product is delivered in morning however it is actually delivered 4-5 hours later, which is confusing. One of my delivery is still missing however the app says delivered and the request raised is closed which is bad. Just been using this for 1 week and already soo many issues. Would not recommend this.
Worst app ever for delivery. For whole 10days i kept placing order but due to short supply my order was never delivered. Finally one day, they show that the order is delivered even when it's not and wallet balance is deducted The customer service never repsonds to mails and calls.. i just want to get out of this app but my money is stuck in that wallet.
I rate this app 5 star and i must say it's real super hero concept. I have been using this for 2 yrs now. But there are few things to address. 1. Delivery boys steal item after putting item and taking picture, in electronic City area 2. Item issue and refund are not address smoothly compare to other competitors. 3. Start taking Sodexo otherwise compitition like milk basket will be tough.
**DO NOT GO FOR IT** Worst customer service ever. I haven't received today's order and after raising a ticket for it there is no call, no message and response at all. In the app there is no option to call customer executive. The app is worst. It has no option to edit/modify address and doorbell setting. Won't recommend it at all.
The app should allow user to edit subscription for few weeks and not just 4 days...it should allow min 1 month. These are feature requests. Instead of replying asking to send email, try to include these features on the app, i understand it is convenient to respond with a template
Edit: i was holding the support line for more than 15 minutes without any luck, just hearing music. Every time you call, all you get is an automated message that all executives are busy. Wonder who they are talking to when you cannot reach them even in 15 mins. No customer support, switch to Big basket. If there is any issue with your delivery, no one can help you. Incorrect items delivered, no one picks up phone, no one responds to your email. Hopeless customer service.
Worst grocery app I've ever seen. Items are marked as delivered and the wallet balance is reduced however, the product is not even delivered. Such a weird thing I've not seen with any other app. The customer service number is the biggest joke, even if we wait for 30 mins it still says "all our customer service representatives are busy answering other calls". Did a mistake adding money to the wallet.
CHEATERS!!! PLS DON'T INSTALL AND LOSE YOUR MONEY. CHECK IN GOOGLE REVIEW FOR THEIR ACTUAL SERVICE. This is a unique way of looting money in the name of grocery delivery.Pathetic app and customer service. I placed order twice and both the days my order is not delivered but app send notifications as delivered and wallet is debited. No one in the customer care will respond to your complaint nor pick up the call. Developer, I raised complaints from same mail id only. You already have my number.
There is no option for giving zero star. Very worst service trying to reach their customer care it takes hours and hours to connect.hope they are thinking we won't have any other works except calling them. Once conneted they will tell that it won't repeat and we will call for the feedback after delivery,they won't deliver and we won't get the call,so again we have to keep on calling but they will busy. Please don't install this app.
They are not eligible for single ratings as well. They will take your money showing less price and next day item will not be delivered and they will ask to add more money to the wallet and also customer service is poorest.i have never ever got such service.i am using since 2 month and in 2 months I have issues more than 4 times..I dont recomend.
Worst service provider. They don't deliver the item. However app says item delivered and money deducted from wallet. Not able reach customer support thru phone. They never attend. Always busy. And they don't respond to e mails as well.
App is very good. Satisfied that my issue was resolved, but see to it that the action is prompt without delay. It's frustrating and all goodwill is lost when there is long delay and follow up mails are ignored. It seems autobots keep sending mail that the issue is resolved even when the action is pending.
App wise not the flashiest or the best UI but gets the job done. The app does not make it easy to see your subscriptions but the good thing about it is that they don't automatically deduct the entire value of your subscription upfront but just asks you to maintain 3 days subscription amount as balance (balance gets deducted as and when delivered). Decent but not very responsive customer service, which just about got the job done when I had an issue with payments. Delivery has been good so far.
