I hv reset my mobile phone and redownload this apps,but i can't play the game i hv bought. It has a popup said "i hv already owned it ". Ridiculously,i can't play .
I love this app but I have had to re-download on my new phone and I have lost everything I bought before and now its crashing on me whenever I try to buy again. Please help with this as its not the only shake app I have that this has happened too. How do I get all my previous purchases back

It goes back to the home screen of the game! Making me UNABLE TO PLAY A SONG!!! I could've given this game FIVE TREASURE STARS but I'm sorry to give only 2 stars. 1 star for the FT boys that I love and another Star for the compatibility of the game in my fone however, right after opening the game and choosing a certain song and play, it goes back to the homepage, where the five boys appear, IT DOESN'T LET ME PLAY. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS, DEVS!! thanks and hwaiting! :)
I played 1 song before the game started acting up. Any song I choose now opens and then automatically goes to the score page and gives me an F. Fix please..

i've purchase for about 3 albums. But my phone got reinstalled, and when I download it again, the song i've purchased were gone. And when I want to purchase again, it says that "you have already purchase this". Refund my money! Or the songs! ;((
It's fun and has a lot of songs. It's just a little sad you have to pay for mostly all of the songs. But they need to make money somehow,right?
