2/25/2022 This app has been changed and is now completely useless. Beyond useless. It used to have account information and bill pay, but no longer offers it. You MUST now log in via website to do any transactions. The agent said it was too big for the app, yet it worked two weeks ago just fine. Completely useless mobile app. Soon they will make you drive up to the bank on a horse and buggy. This app is a joke.
The deposit check feature is dreadful. It struggles immensely to focus, often taking illegible photos. When you try to use manual you cannot "tap for photo." It does nothing if you try.
This used to be a great app. The latest version, however, is much more difficult to use when it comes to depositing checks. It's very hard to get it to focus the camera on a check, and it constantly rejects images for no reason. It can be faster to actually drive to the bank and physically deposit your check, defeating the whole purpose of this app's check deposit feature. I would like to see it reverted to the way it was previously as this is the opposite of improvement.
I like the app however it could do so much more. for instance, allow you to search your history for a payee name or amount. as it is right now you have to scroll through pages and pages and pages to find a payee. I would like to be able to search ,for example, Reliant Energy and all of my transactions for Reliant Energy come up in the search.. that's the only thing I miss about Wells Fargo is the ease of searching my transactions for specific items. if you fix this I will give 5 stars.
Most hold camera at exact level completely still without shadows and without support, my experience it has taken 25-3O attempts to satisfied camera, other bank apps are much much easier to use. This app never tells you that you have been successful. In the future I will be looking for a new bank and will mail deposits to ftwccu until a get everything set up and tested.
I've downloaded, Uninstalled, cleared history and cookies, and rebooted numerous times. Every time I try to log in I get a message of "the information we have on file is incomplete. To continue, please contact us". I've called in as well and nothing could be fixed. Could you please let me know what I need to do? I want to use the mobile deposit feature. Thank you.
good app, but the check deposit feature is terrible with the recent update! it never seems to recognize the endorsement so we are forced to retake the picture 10 times, every single time.
I absolutely love the convenience of using the FTWCCU app. Easy to check account balances, transfer money, pay bills etc. Saves me so much time to be able to take care of most of my banking needs right here from the safety of my home, especially during the pandemic and the importance of social distancing. Very informative and easy to use. You can also remotely deposit checks through this app.

This "bill pay" feature takes 3 or 4 days to go through...and I asked about getting my paycheck which is direct deposit, a day early and was told they didn't do that... Every other bank does two days early... There's a lot more to complain about and I'm leaning towards one star

Always works when I need it. Mobile check deposit is extremely convenient.
98% of the time I have had no issues but on rare occasions I couldn't get through for whatever reason but it's definitely dependable.
It is hard to take pictures of checks. I have trouble every time it try to do it.
With it had in app transaction notification instead of having third party.
I am computer ignorant ,so I tend to have a little trouble occasionally, but that is on me...Don't like ads ! PERIOD
It works very well for my needs. It's fast, intuitive, easy to navigate and operate. I appreciate the fingerprint option too.
I've tried most of yesterday, could not get the pic of the check accepted. Today tried several times before it was accepted; even then, the "endorse, for mobile deposits etc." Would not go off.
Normally a good app. However, it being down during this time is unacceptable. It's not just the app, it's the entire mobile/online banking that isn't working. Fix it.
the access is ok. Check balances and making transfers. however, not being able to see transactions is a concern.
I love FTWCCU, I had such a great experience since joining a year ago. The staff is super friendly. They made everthing so easy even a holiday loan that I had last year..
Good, but check deposit feature needs improvement. Very difficult to get it to recognize the back of the check on the first try
Worked perfectly the first time. Can't ask for anything better. Continues to work, operator error more a problem than app error.
logged out due to inactivity...way too soon and multiple times while trying to take the perfect picture during mobile deposit.
I am generally satisfied with the app . However the bill pay function does not allow me to select a post holiday date, only the express $25 function is available.
I am new on this app and so far is user friendly for someone like me that is not as smart as a lot of people. My nephew is my instructor and due to pandemic...we are behind.
Easy to use and fast. Account balance updates could improve, but , overall, I'm pleased with the app.
Very user friendly, really have no major issues with app or problems with acct transactions, posting. But I have to say one neg thing and that is with mobile deposits. Sometimes trying to capture the image to make a mobile deposit can be a little annoyingly stressful. Could be less sensitive maybe a little tweek or 2 two make it easier to capture front & back photo. But other than that 👍👍
