First time using the app to order and I just want to say, it was designed really well. Very easy to use and make customizations. I see other reviews saying that it is glitchy. It may depend on how new or old your phone is.
No where on this app does it let you order or remove items such as pickles, tomatoes, etc. Nothing anywhere for any special instructions and the description of what comes on the burgers is non existent. Very poor app, disappointing to order from.
Neither of the fuddruckers closest to me shows up in the app. The app's last update was nearly a year ago? And these two near me have been in business several years? Ridiculous.
1 1/2 years later and still no fix.... App can't find the Sioux Falls, SD store... plus there aren't any coupons/ discounts on it. It's a worthless app.
The only thing this App. allows you to do is order ahead and the menu. Nothing else. Most of the time the restaurant won't even accept the order!!!!
Installed and will not open. Just crashes without ever opening. Have rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled many time. Only app to do this.
the app does not bring up the fuddruckers in odessa and when i search it on the internet it shows up but as soon as i try to order it makes me search for the store and says it doesnt exist. basicly the app and website need to be updated.
Crashes. Can't even open. Used to work. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reset phone. Nothing helped. Please fix this!
You cant order or remove items. In the build your own burger menu you cant finish the order if is not a full meal. You cant order just the sandwich.
Apparently the app is getting my order wrong in the Doral restaurant.. this is the third time my order along with my coworkers orders are wrong. Also nobody at the Doral restaurant knows what is available to include cookies they are placing in the glass show case???? Not sure if the restaurant employees or the app is bad.
It was straightforward, easy to use and listed all the options that we would add to our burgers and kids meals.
All good except I couldn't remove an item once selected. Had to close the app and reinitiate my order.

Must pay with CC. No way to pay with gift card or cash when you get to the store.
I wish I could change the ice cream flavor when I order a shake (I usually order the shake bundled with the burger and fries combo)
Smooth process. Could use more "back" buttons.
For the most part the app is good. It crashed a few times when you clicked the button to submit the order and we had to re-enter everything again. Another issue was the selection of pickup time. When you select your payment and enter the credit card info, the time reverts back to the earliest pickup time available and not the time you selected in the earlier steps.
