So far; very favorable experience. I entered much of the bulk/catch-up entries on the browser and saw a lot of "failed sync" messages on my phone. I was able to do a full sync on the phone and it looks like no entries were lost, but I am admittedly not confident (yet) in the sync process... Especially across mobile devices. I paid the one time fee to add more maintenance schedule. Its a good app to record repairs and maintenance on your car. It also reminds you when maintenance is overdue. Though you will have to fill in data on how often you will need maintenance base on your vehicle. I created a few extra maintenance items such replacing front brake pads, replacing rear brake pads, replacing transmission oil, and any other new maintenance/repairs that happens.

I am enjoying the app, and upgraded to pro for the sole purpose of adding unlimited service reminders. After testing a separate app out though, I feel this one really needs an update on service reminders. Reminders should have a spot for title, description, and maybe notes. Currently, you can only input a one line title, which can run off screen if you add details. A spot to include things like instructions, or part numbers for a service would be much more ideal in each reminder.

Update: The app is working again and thankfully it retained all my information. Loved the app but all of the sudden it just stopped working and won't open.

I will change this to 5 if the sync option is fixed. I sync and my wife doesn't see the change, even after she forces it to sync. Please fix this. The only reason I paid the $10 was for the syncing feature. If not then I would like a refund.

Great until you try to sync with others. Sync requests work backwards so you wipe the users data you are trying to pull. And then their backup doesn't work and fails to restore, both cloud and Google drive. Now, my 3+ years worth of data is gone.

The best free app for car maintenance and expenses control. You get enough customization options for the free version and it is probably awesome if paid. I will consider using for it down the line

As a personal user, i loved the app and it's functionalities. But I upgraded and tried to manage our family's 3 cars with 3 drivers and the syncing between devices have been very problematic. Trying to find another alternative.

Frustrating. After 3yrs of being premium user and being on sync to their cloud as its supposed to back up your data, the app just rolled back the data to June 2021 effectively messing up my car's record. This is the last year Ill subscribe to this app.

Used to be really good. But now I can't access any of the web based interface. Made it really easy to update records that were not correct with multiple vehicles but now I can not do that. Might have to look at a different service.

Very easy to use. Big problem with switching to new phone. Restoring all data to new phone is a pain. Not all data will sync and will not restore.

Really liked this app as the interface and lot of customization settings are provided when compared with other apps. But the main draw back I am experiencing is the calculation of mileage. It is showing wrong. We cannot always fill full tank, and when I select partial fill, it is not calculating the mileage at all. The main purpose of using this app is not fulfilled due to this. Whereas other apps do calculate the mileage perfectly even though it is a partial fill. I am not sure, if I am the only person facing this so posting the feedback so that anyone else also can respond.

We have tried for 3 weeks to get this to sync with other users and support will send 1 email and then ghost us. This app may be nice but it won't do what they say and tech support is awful.

Failed to backup receipt images to google drive in pro version , Pls fix the issue

When I first started using this in early 2019, I was able to customize some of the services that weren't already suggested. Today I wanted to add that a tail light was replaced but that wasn't a choice. I put that in the notes but still couldn't save until I selected a service. Chose "spark plugs" and updated the note to say spark plugs weren't touched. Not being able to add services detracts from the usefulness of the app.

A good start but there is one glaring deficiency I have found so far. The in ability to combine multiple trips into one. When I take a business trip with multiple legs, SA records each leg as one trip. I thrn end up with ten or more entries instead of one. This is quickly becoming overwhelming. After buying a subscription, I still don't have a workable mileage tracker.

Loving this so far. I use it alongside Carfax, but the paid version of this app eclipses Carfax's app. Some things could be improved upon; my car's imagine has been lost and I haven't bothered reuploading since it's a small issue, and I have seen others lose their data though I haven't experienced this myself in the few weeks I've been using this. The biggest is not being able to rename a service. My favorite part is all of the info I'm able to input, and stats I can see as a result.

I really haven't used it enough to give it a "real" rating. But so far, its seems decent. I very may well get the upgrade. But I'm still seeing if fulfills my needs. As of 8/26 upgraded. Seems good. But this is an issue. To sync with cloud they want full authority to delete all files on you cloud space. That's a deal breaker. Nope. Send to phone for manual backup. I'm bummed out. YOU DONT NEED THAT TYPE OF ACCESS.

Update 2019.02.18: The developer replied to my previous review and pointed out that I CAN switch between liters and gallons for individual fill-ups, but I need the upgraded version for that. Not an unreasonable extra. Worth the upgrade. Glad to support a developer who seems to care about the quality of their app. No further reason to hold back a star. Previous review: This app is very well designed and a big improvement over the first version I had. it's well laid out, provides good statistical information and is easy to use. One star off only because I can't switch between liters and gallons when I go to the US.

Amazing app! I'm keeping a thorough service history as I do all of my own maintenance and repairs. The interface is extremely simple and has everything you need, the $5 is well worth it. Cloud saves are automatic and switching between phones is easy. I will instantly come back and give 5 stars when punctuation is allowed in the notes section. It's hard to list parts used when I can't type a comma!
