not as advertised. won't load preferred truck stops, fails over multiple devices consistently, and apparently has me stuck perpetually in Western Canada (where I do not drive). Uninstalled/reinstalled many times, results... the same. Awful app, the one star is for an app like this because of skyrocketing fuel prices. I am sorely disappointed.
Long time user. New format is awfull. Also with the latest update I' ve lost ability to choose states and fuel providers. My choices are only US or Canada now. Lg v60 android 11. Yes , nobody likes changes when they get used to something working a certain way but , you really should of left this app alone. Strange since posting this it has starting working correctly. Yes I'm aware of how it's suposed to work.
Update...yay! It's working! Previous review {I was so excited after the most recent update when I requested my first route and it worked as expected! And then it didn't work that way anytime after. :-( if you people are using beta testers they're lying to you. There's no way that anybody who knows what this app is for, and how to use it, sorry this for release. I'm so disappointed that this continues. In your effort to make it look flashy, you ruined its functionality.}
I'm not seeing any of the issues described by others. Seems to work as intended. My only request is to have the ability to see a satellite image of the stops to ensure it is actually truck friendly. Maybe you can already? I don't know I can't find that option. It's a 5 star app with that feature available.
I agree with the others, the update is dreadful. The information is way too small and hard to read. In the old version, the filters seemed more streamlined and easier to navigate. Really dislike this update! Would give anything to go back to the old version.
Been using the app more than 3yrs but after the resent update cannot see any fuel stops after I set my route. Can't see any stops I preselect. Un/reinstalled the app still not working. I have to say it was fine the way it was before the update...
I think you should've left well enough alone. There was nothing wrong with the app the way it was. Your new update ruined a well designed app. It's much harder to navigate through it. Please reconsider changing it back to how it was.
The new format is horrible.. it doesn't work half the time and it will not let me click on a route... I'm a long time user and the old format was great.. WHY REINVENT THE WHEEL... IT WASN'T BROKEN BUT NOW IT IS...
The new updated version is awful.Was so much faster and easier to get results before.Gave it a one star but that's only because it would not let me go forward with my remarks.
this app was never so good but since the last update it's more garbage I don't recommend it it doesn't give exact points and it has thousands of mistakes that can't be made with 18 wheels
Don't like the new changes update to fuel book harder to plan my fuel stops like the old fuel book better a lot easier to plan my fuel stops an easier to read fuel costs by states on my route then this new one have to pull over to see the prices old one could see fuel prices without pulling over
Every time I log into this and select a route it never pops up I'm sat here for more than 20 minutes wasting my time. What's the point of this app if you can't find fuel?
The new app is nit updating prices like the old one. 🙄 currently prices are 4.68 in Nebraska but the app still says its 4.38... the app is showing yesterday's prices still
Update this morning. App barely works now. Uninstalled, restarted phone. No good. It worked fine before update.
Like the new update but prices halve always been horribly out of date. Needs a way for drivers to update prices.
App has changed recently.(3/6/22) You couldn't have made it LESS user friendly if you tried !
Honestly this application serves no functional purpose. No discounts offered. Doesn't recommend any fuel cards that would Grant a discount when using the application. The final nail is it misses so many different fuel stops. It would be okay if those same missing fuel stops weren't the same ones that had the lowest price options even un discounted
Bad update version very inconvenient to use. Should go back to early version.
Why change something that is good? The previous application was perfect, this new one is a complete failure.
Sometimes the fuel stops dosnt pop up on the map so it's basically useless sometimes
Won't load, buffers amazingly though, so there's that.
It's a good app when it works but when it doesn't work it's horrible. You go to enter a state or a interstate and It just spins but it never opens up, it's been that way all today for me, I even try to uninstall the app and reinstall it and got no change. Frustrating as hell....
Been using this app for years with no issues whatsoever. Now, since this rebranding and recent update, I can't get anything to work right. Won't pull up states or highways without having to reboot the app 4-5 times. It also constantly leaves out multiple fuel stops along the route you select, while adding fuel stops that would take you way off route.
