The service was very good initially but from past few months there os consistent delay in deliveries.Even when i am writing this order placed yesterday and supposed to be delivered between 3-6 PM is not delivered yet.What os the point of giving a timing of 3 PM when you cannot give a delivery in that period It is 8:20 PM now, still the diesel is not delivered and now no one is picking the the call for an update
So many issues after the update. Payment status not getting updated smoothly. Address not getting picked up correctly as before.
Worst service ever, they never deliver Diesel on given time slot and even after calling multiple times, better to procure Directly from nearby petrol pump.
They don't respect customer time. Never deliver on time. Customer service is Pathetic, no one take things seriously. No proper escalation nor ownership.
The service has become very bad of late. Delivery slots are frequently violated. You guys reschedule our selected time slot as per your convenience and vehicle availability. The frequent reason given for this is 'vehicle breakdown'. It's time fuelbuddy ramp up it's service and show it is really committed towards its customers. I was really proud of your service, sply your prompt deliveries since the time I got associated with you. But sadly, not anymore.
Last time ordered 70 ltr diesel but it was mic with kirosen. When called customer care no one responded. It was a prepaid so i hold the vehicle for an 3 hours then they refunded the money to my wallet. I have order from them forcefully because my refund is on wallet.
It's really the best app I have ever seen in delivering diesel at affordable price in a few hours . I mainly include the time they take for delivering it. The explanation of employees regarding the app and the subscription of the fuel is too good.
The services are getting better day by day, since it's a startup everything can be perfect from day one. Team is appreciable, atleast they take feedback and work upon it. Good job guys..!! Keep rocking
Really pathetic service, orders are not accepted till the next day and no follow up is done as to when the order will be received. Useless app and horrible service. Do not recommend this app or service at all
The confirm order button is not working even after I filled all details. Strange. It doesn't show any error or anything at all
Tooo pathetic services, suddenly they increased their delivery fee 200%, and no Cash on delivery service they have. No customer care service, no customer assistance. We have to call staff but they have no response To bad services
App hangs and doesn't proceed beyond the location page. Got frustrated after 5 mins and brought the fuel personally. Pathetic experience

No on-time delivery. Customer support is not good. Greviences not addressed. What sort of a business is this? Highly NOT Recommended.

Fake app.. Don't download this app... I think this app is collecting our personal details... It can be dangerous.... After Sign up when i login it say " invalid login" .. DONT DOWNLOAD.....

Application has tons of bug Don't look like even 10% of the investors money is used to develop the application.

Concept is great but sevice is very bad. Inspite of paying extra to get the diesel for our farm generator in need of emergency we only received it 14 hours after placing the order. No point of depending on this app if you need it on emergency. Plus the customer care no one responds. The agents are always busy and your call gets cut. Not at all a nice experience. I could not cancel the order as the money doesn't get refunded to account, it goes back to the app and again one has to order!
