This is one of the worst apps. The map will sometimes straight up not work and show no nearby gas stations even though there are plenty, the map will lead you to a spot that doesn't have anything there, the addresses will turn into an address that is 1,000 miles away, and stations will show up that are no longer accepting the fuelman card. The devs should really update this. It's just awful.
CONGRATS 🏆 The "YOU TRIED TROPHY" The most frustrating POS map I've ever dealt with in an app! Your programmers should work at the fuel stations because they can't write a functional or usable app to save their A$$! They are clueless, this app should contain a basic map with Google like functionality... But NO! Make it zoom in or out wherever it wants, even if your fingers are in the same spot you've had them in for the last 20 sec. How embarrassing to say that you got paid to make this.. -💯⭐
Why does it constantly zoom you out on the map? Incredibly annoying. Would delete it over this feature if it weren't for needing it for work. Edit: here a year later and they haven't even updated it. Same trash. Glad they use feedback.
App works 50% the time for 50% of the system and that's the application issues. The use of the cards for fleet service has a whole new meaning that goes beyond unreliable. It's down-right NON EXISTENT! EXPECT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR FLERT SERVICE - FLERT MAINTENANCE REQUIRE "PO#, CARD#, PIN# & CARD EXPIRE" YOU WILL ONLY HAVE 2 OF THESE. WE HAVE CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES FOR HELP AND NO ONE CARES TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND NOR DO THEY SEEM TO ACCEPT THEY HAVE AN ISSUE! #GARBAGE STAY AWAY FROM.
All the sudden it doesn't show anything, always nothing in the area. How else am I supposed to find out where the card is taken. Show where discounts are. It's all a guessing game. Please do something to improve this or I'll be forced to find another network. Sincerely, Valued Customer ( I hope )
App is an absolute joke. Half the gas stations in the app don't exist, when you use the map it decides to zoom in on an area half the state away and there's barely any gas stations to choose from.
The app doesn't work to well. Constantly reloads itself and glitches almost non stop. I use this for work. Fix it so it can be more reliable.
Garbage. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time to get it to work. Cannot keep map zoomed out when it does work. Lists station that dont exist...terrible
If you are looking for an app that will send you to gas stations that are either no longer in service or dont accept Fuelman cards, than you will love this app!!! You would think Fuelman would make sure there info is cotrect before posting on their app. One of the service stations they are still showing has been closed for over a year.
This app is terrible the GPS never works. It randomly closes after I scroll on the map. It's quicker to drive from gas station to gas station with the chance it's a fuel man instead of this app.
Worst app ever. Zooms out constantly. Cant search properly. Only time Fleet Suite responds saying "thanks for the feed back", is when someone gives 5 stars simply saying "good app". Which is obviously an employee or something. Fix your app you lazy scumbags. Makes the end of my long work nights a nightmare.
Terrible when my company decied to switch to this card for our gas i have been stuck on side on interstae twice now because auto zooming out of map and very few gas stations in my area of work. So 90% of the time i end up using the company cc to get gas instead of fuelman card. Yes the app dose show you gas stations but it deffinitly needs a lot of work.
I zoom in to see something. if I want to zoom out I can do it on my own I dont need the app to zoom back out every 2 seconds! annoying to say the least!
Unable to download on Galaxy Tab A, in my truck. Very basic. Map keeps changing view while trying to find fueling stations.
Probably one of the worst apps ever. Wish I could rate less. Uses your GPS and can't get it right. I'm in San Diego and it constantly goes to the east coast when I open it. Zooms right out after you zoom in. If I didn't have to use this app for work I would absolutely throw it in the trash where it belongs. App must have been designed by a 5th grader because there's absolutely no common sense with it. Don't waste your time downloading unless you have to use it for work like me. 0/10 recommend!!!
